- The location is quite perfect. But it is a bit difficult for me to find it, as some roads were blocked from the demonstration. It is in a safe area, which is suitable for a solo traveller like me. - The room is nice, comfort bed and pillows, has everything you need, even refrigerator. - Breakfast was good. I liked the fried rice with eggplant and mushroom very much, so delicious. - The staff were friendly. - A tipp for a new visitor. You can take a free bus no. 72 from the airport and get off at Station. Zeleni venac (the last station). From there you can either take another bus or walk about 10 mins to reach the hotel.

- Everyday, I could not stay longer in the room after 10 am because it was so noisy just in front of my room. The noise was from the maid and the worker. - The tea bag was not refilled every day. - It would be a perfect breakfast, if there was kind of whole wheat bread available instead of only white bread.

Breakfast was excellent. Very close to city center, everything is in a walking distance.

Room a bit small for a long stay. Not enough space to open a big suitcase. Having a soap in the bathroom will help.

Hi I stayed at the hotel about a week ago. The best hotel I've ever stayed at! Located in the city center, close to all the sites and restaurants. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted at the reception with courtesy, a smile, and amazing service. The suite I stayed in was amazing! Clean, contains all the necessary equipment. The breakfast is amazing, with personal and courteous service. The receptionists helped me with everything I needed. On the day of the return flight, they prepared a lunch box for me at 4 am with a sandwich, drink, and fruit! I wholeheartedly recommend the best hotel in Belgrade!!! I will definitely go back there on my next trip to Belgrade.

I like that the people in Reception are so kind and helpful... The rooms are narrow but compact and clean. The breakfast is fair enough...

Not related to the hotel, but the cap drivers, especially in the street, are too rude. They declined to take you if the distance is not long enough, according to them. Another "ruthless action that we faced" happened in the Cholacate Museum. Although they do not mention it on the webpage, they tried to decline our entrance to the museum... After rudely declined we asked the reason, they said that the language... They can decline but they can be still kind and if such regulation, it should be announced in the webpage. On the other hand, mostly, the people in serving services are very kind...

Great hotel, right in the heart of Belgrade centre. We got the A1 shuttle from the airport, and it dropped you about a 20 minute walk from the hotel, so fine for us as wanted the walk, but maybe something to think about if you have mobility issues. It's right in the heart of the Skadarlija neighbourhood, so you're surrounded by great restaurants and bars, and only a short walk from Republic Square, and all the sites. Staff were friendly at check in and spoke perfect English. The breakfast here was sensational, really impressive, with more types of cheese than you see at a cheese market! Room was comfy and everything worked well.

I think this is just the norm for Belgrade/Serbia, but even though the room was non-smoking, it smelled of stale smoke - we quickly realised after the first night out why, as EVERYBODY smokes EVERYWHERE, which we haven't been used to since 2007! So all your clothes and hair stink, and that inevitably seeps into the room, but not a lot the hotel can really do about this. We also saw several people smoking in the dining room where you have breakfast (not when the food was out), so you just can't escape it. There were also a number of hairs on our bed, which weren't ours, but you just flush em and and you're fine.

First of all, the hotel is located at the most central point, so it is extremely convenient. The room as well as the reception and the breakfast lounge , were neat, modern and super clean. I loved the breakfast, I have eaten everyday like there is no tomorrow! The greatest part was the service. All the staff was extremely polite, pro and helpful. I would like to thank especially Alexander from reception, who has gone beyond the extra mile, by helping me getting back my mobile phone, that has been fallen in the gap between my bed and the wall. (from my own mistake). The bed was immobilized, so it was a hard task to take the phone out! I asked for help at 5.00 am, he arrived immediately,and handled the case in a way which I will never forget, Thank you all for everything! I will definately be back :)

Hotel was great! Perfect location – close to Skadarlija, Republic Square, and the city centre in general. The receptionist was super polite and helpful! We were travelling by car, so I booked a parking spot in advance. Just a heads-up: the hotel only has 5 parking spaces (it is a prime central location), so definitely plan ahead. Breakfast was amazing – great selection of savoury and sweet food, fresh fruit, etc. The room was bright and clean, and the bathroom had everything you might need. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The location was perfect. It was equidistant between the two areas of main sites, and it was surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and bars (check out Little Bay, Casa Nova and Billy's Tavern). It was a good area and I felt safe walking around late even as a solo female traveller. The room was aesthetically pleasing and functional. Staff were also helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was also great with a variety of stuff for even the fussiest of eaters! Well done housekeeping for keeping the room spotlessly clean in ridiculous temperatures - thank god for great air con!

I loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was, it was about a 3 minute walk from Republic Square, which made the city extremely easy to access. The staff were helpful. I had a superior room which was spacious and the shower had good pressure.

Breakfast was chaos as there was no booking system, so often people would arrive to eat and have nowhere to sit. Also, the hotel is advertised as Smoke Free, this is untrue as I saw staff smoking in the dining room several times, with the smell of smoke then permeating the air in the reception.

Everything! Perfect place for Citybreak. Skadarliska 100m, Trg Republike 200m, Knez Mihajlova 250m. Very good and tasty, let say Balkan breakfast (serbian/macedonian with ajvar, čvarci etc..) 😊 Rooms are very nice, cosy. Not too much spacious, but it's totally enough for your perfect stay. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. There is a sauna and a gym at your disposal included in the price, as it was not mentioned on Booking 👍 If you go on weekend you can park on the streets everywhere around coz it's free Very helpful and friendly staff!! We spent great Ed Sheeran weekend in Belgrade 😊
