Excellent location, nice and clean room, coffee machine and tea maker, great mini bar…

The pillows. One was like a fat brick, the other was like a thin piece of paper. :(

I like that it is near everything around the centre that I don’t really need to take local transport as everything is walkable. The bed is big and comfortable. The room has a proper size for someone traveling. It is so nice to have a coffee machine inside and my water pitcher is being refilled (perhaps could have been extended with the coffee pods). The mini fridge/bar has assorted drinks and snacks which prices are very affordable. It saved me time from going outside to buy drinks because of it. The staff (especially Melica) were very approachable and friendly. She is happy to help and make things clear whenever I have questions.

My room is next to the street and in the ground floor so in the morning I will hear people from outside despite the window closed. It is an okay white noise but didn’t disturb me that much.

We easily check-in at midnight. The lady in charge was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel definitely deserves its name because it was incredibly central. I would definitely recommend it to couples.

Cleanliness was good but could have been better according to the hotel's rating. Also, I found the room a bit small. Finally, they wanted to charge extra for parking our car, but I parked the car on the street in front of the hotel. So they charged extra even though the hotel does not have a parking area independent from the street. Apart from these points, I cannot see any point to criticise.

The hotel is what its name says,the location!!!.In a peaceful neighborhood but so close to the famous Skadarlja and Kneza Mihaila and to a number of cafes , restaurants and clubs. The room was comfortable,neaty and clean.They changed the bed linen and the towels every two days and we had every day a bottle of water and espresso capsules for free!!

The heating.The room had an air conditioning which was enough for the room but not for the bathroom which was cold.

Great location, everything is in walking distance. When we booked, the hotel parking was available and it is only one block away. The room was clean, warm and spacious. The pillows were a bit too hard for us so we asked for softer ones and they were replaced immediately. We arrived very late and the night receptionist was welcoming and helpful.

Only down side is the mattress needs to be updated as it would sink towards the middle.

Location (in the centre near restaurants and cafes, and in the same time quiet street), very comfortable bed, couch, water pressure, friendly and helpful staff.

The power outlets lids were coming off, had some problems with light switches (the staff helped fix it), shower door was loose. Not too much space to store clothes, no drawers in the table and nightstands.

I booked the hotel the same day we arrived to Belgrade. Everything looked great on the website but sometimes you never know until you arrive. The person at the reception desk was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything to me and my family about our room. The room was big and brand new. Everything was very clean. I was very happy to see there was a small kitchen and mini fridge. We are a family of four so we had booked an apartment style room. We had some trouble setting up the tv and we called for help. The woman at the reception desk came right over and fixed it. She also answered all my questions very patiently and was so friendly. The following day I asked the front desk for a restaurant recommendation and she even offered to order it for me instead of us going out to get the food ( we did not want to dine in). Overall my family loves the hotel. The location is close to shops and restaurants .We felt safe and were very comfortable. This was our first time in Belgrade and if we come back we would use this hotel again.

Loved how centrally located this property was, great spot in the city. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were very welcoming.

The property is small. There’s no real lobby and no breakfast offered. I ended up staying at another hotel in Belgrade close by for another 2 nights because my flight got cancelled and I paid a little less for that one but that property offered so much more in comparison. This hotel was still good though.

First of all the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. Not only is it a 10 minute walk from the central square and many attractions, there is a supermarket literally next to it. The area (and I mean within a 5-minute walking radius of the hotel) is filled with dozens of excellent cafes, restaurants and bars. The actual road of the hotel is quiet with not many cars or people passing by during most of the day. The staff at the hotel are an absolute delight. Professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. It was an absolute pleasure talking to them every time and they dealt with any requests immediately. The size of the room is perfect with a coffee machine and coffee pods/tea getting restocked every day. Even the minibar prices are fair. There are 2 TVs in the room I got, one in the living room area ideally placed to watch while using the jacuzzi and one in the room. There are hundreds of channels in different languages.

The pillows for the bed. They definitely need to be replaced as the one type is too stiff and the other too flat. Also there needs to be a more thorough job when cleaning the rooms every morning - it was a bit rushed and the floors and weren’t cleaned but other than that the cleaning service was acceptable and was carried out immediately upon leaving the room and never had to wait for it to finish even if I went out for half an hour to grab breakfast.

So modern and beautiful rooms. Felt so safe in there as a solo traveler and the reception staff were always so friendly and nice to talk to. I am so happy I picked this hotel, it was also in such a great location next to bars and restaurants and so close to the main republic square

The only thing I have to say is the pillows were quite uncomfortable. But that is the only negative thing everything else was perfect
