Fantastic Stay at Garni Hotel Nevski in Belgrade My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Garni Hotel Nevski in Belgrade, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Situated in a quiet area, it’s still incredibly close to the Republic Square, the National Museum of Serbia, the well-known busy Kneza Mihaila street, and the vibrant Skadarlija Street—both just a short stroll away. If you need anything, a minimarket is only a minute’s walk, making it so convenient. The hotel itself is pristine. The cleanliness was spotless throughout, which really made a difference in how comfortable we felt during our stay. The family room we stayed in was huge—perfect for a group or a family. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free Netflix access on the TV, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were beyond friendly, genuinely going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was providing recommendations or assisting with any request, their hospitality was top-notch. The 24-hour front desk service was an added bonus—they’re there whenever you need them. Thanks a million Stanko, Biljana, Daniela and Maria (the reception guys that we met)!!!!! We hope to see you all again either during our next stay in Belgrade or in our country, the beautiful island of Cyprus, where you are always welcome. If you’re looking for a well-located, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Belgrade, we highly recommend Garni Hotel Nevski. It exceeded all our expectations, and we’ll definitely be staying here again on out next trip!

The hotel was a great base and the room very comfortable especially with the adjoining sitting room/kitchenette. There was AC only in the sitting room area but I found this was enough - if I ran the AC a few hours while I was out in the evening I could switch it off when I went to bed, and this was during outside temperatures of 37 degrees. The staff were friendly and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee was from a machine but made a really good macchiato!

One small thing was that there was no socket close to the kettle but it wasn’t that big a deal.

I chose this hotel because of its location, ratings, and the fact that most people who stay at Hotel Nevski are likely to return. When I return to Belgrade, I will definitely be staying here again. The location has a residential neighborhood feel, but it is right around the corner from numerous cafes and restaurants. It is walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options for any diet. The staff was lovely and always willing to help and answer questions. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

As always, we felt welcome in this small, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff at the reception, a lady and one gentleman were very kind and helpful. Parking at the hotel is handy for those who have a car. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent.

The entrance to the underground parking is steep. We have a low sports car and we managed to snap off the exhaust pipe when entering the parking. Luckily, the staff at the reception helped us find a garage for the next day and managed to be back on the road. They called 10 different garages around and didn’t charge us for parking.

The location of the hotel is good if you want to stay in the city center and u need parking. The breakfast was also nice.

The hotel is a bit old, but still ok maintained. A bit pricey for what was offering in Belgrade, but we were there for a concert so im guessing a lot of people also and that increased the demand and with that the price. The only thing i found strange (never happened to me in all travels), the breakfast was said is until 10:00, this i thought is that the food is served by 10:00, but no, at 10:03 the lady that was cleaning the food come to our table and ask us to leave and didn’t let us finish our coffee there (we were done with the food and only was drinking our coffee), i dont see the need of such behavior to guests in the hotel

We are a family of 3 and stayed in the Family Suite. We chose the hotel because of the location and its great reviews. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating - made us feel welcome from the onset. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. My elderly mother enjoyed the comfy lounge whilst watching the plethora of tv channels ! Oh and the breakfast was outstanding- so many options but we really liked the kifle - yum😃👏🏼

Nothing - given that it was a ‘hotel’ room, it was spacious and had all the essentials.

FWow!! Stayed throughout EU 6 cities this month and Belgrade and Nevski were the best by far!! Family of 5 had a huge 2 bed appt with kitchen area. AC in hallway but easily cooled the apt when it was 31c outside. Comfiest beds we have had in a long time with memory foam square pillows. Breakfast included which was nice (mainly continental) 5min walk to restaurants and 10 to main centre and most places. Great location to where you need to go. Walked to the castle easily walking distance no hills en route. Walk to the zoo which was very cheap under €5 pp great for kids before boring them at a castle for the adults! Secure underground parking worth the money though (€15). Easy to get in and out compared to lots of recent EU underground parking buildings I have used recently. Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. Certainly stay here again!

Very spacious comfortable rooms and very good breakfast and also convenient parking garage on site for low cost per day. Also, it is in a walkable location to restaurants and amenities and it has a/c. It also smelled so good when you walk into the hotel and everything very clean.

Generously sized apartment, with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette. Easy check-in and check-out and very friendly staff that gave us lots of information about the city and recommended us some traditional restaurants. Great breakfast and good cofee. Really close to the city center.

The apartment needs some small improvement: the carpet though recently vacuumed had a lot of stains. The door locking mechanism was faulty. A single air conditioning unit installed in the hall of the apartment, inefficient compared to the size of the rooms.
