The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. They organised the taxi to pick us up from the airport, as we landed quite late. With the clear , easy to follow instructions we checked ourselves in. The stuff was very helpful throughout our stay, the room was very clean and location is very good, close to the central pedestrian area and all the other tourist places.

It was very noisy on Saturday night, when we arrived. Probably, there is a night club near by. Next night was quiete and back to normal.

The property was centrally located which we needed for sightseeing the day after check in. We arrived late, so had self check in and the instructions were fantastic. Absolutely spot on. The kids called it a reverse escape room and loved following the instructions. Reception staff the morning after were excellent. Helping us out with our sightseeing routes, where they suggested to go. We were able to leave our luggage there whilst out for the day. Recommended we came back to City Neat and they would order us a taxi for transfer to our next hotel. They also apologized for the rain 😂

No breakfast on site but we had taken breakfast items with us from our home.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and you could see greenery from the large window. The house was an old building and had atmosphere.

There was a bar on the ground floor of the house and our room was directly above it. There was very loud music playing in the bar until 11.30pm, so you had to listen to music. The bathroom was good and modern, but unfortunately the shower head could not be set at normal height because the hook was mounted very low, so you had to kneel to take a shower.

The location is nice, very central. The rooms were modernly decorated and in good shape, especially the bathroom. The staff is helpful.

I don't know if all rooms share the same problem but probably all the rooms on the street side have this one way or another; music noise coming from the pub from downstairs. They close around 1 am, so if you're an early and light sleeper, you might have problems.

The guys in the reception were exceptional! Amazing customer service!! The room was clean, had all the facilities, and the best part was the room has Air-conditioning !!! The bathroom was also clean! The location is excellent! Minutes away -walking- from Republic Square and some other main turistic attractions. Overall, this hotel is very good value for money, I do totally recommend it!

Everything was perfect

The only thing i didn't like is that when i booked the room the final price was in €, at the check in they gave me the cost analysis of my booking and the final price was in € (the same ammount i booked for) and there was a conversion to Dinars (with the exchange rate of the date of my booking, 5 months before). When i paid at the reception they charge me in Dinars with the current exchange rate. Meaning that i paid 3,5€ more per night.. It's not much but you should be more specific that the payment will be in dinars and that the price in € that is refering in the booking confirmation might change.

Fantastic location with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with modern amenities, including plenty of power outlets. The room was clean, although there was some staining on the carpet. Check in and out were simple. The only advice I'd provide to the hotel is to have a clearer sign on the entrance gate, or provide instructions about exactly where it is.

Centrally located in downtown Belgrade. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful reception staff and cleaning personnel. Fast and easy check-in and check-out.

Nothing really. The room toward the yard was quiet, there was a monotonous noise probably from the aircon units, but it did not disturb me.

-We had two unpleasant experiences at the hotel 1.The cleaner open unexpectedly the door in out room to ask if we want cleaning services. 2. The elevator is old and i was stuck inside more than 10 minutes.The alarm doesn’t work. The hotel should be informed the quests for this possibility because is happen often.

The room was clean and spacy and the building is located right in the center of Belgrade and very close to the sites of interest and the market of the city. The receptionist was very helpful when needed.

A softer mattress would be nice for a better sleep. Also, there was a smell in the bathroom (probably coming from the drains of the plumbings of the building)
