We had a wonderful experience at the Pearl Luxury Suites. We arranged for the airport pickup service, and everything went seamlessly. Our driver was punctual and very friendly. Despite arriving at midnight feeling exhausted, he got us to the hotel on time. The after-hours check-in instructions were clear, our room was spacious, the hot tub was a delight, and the TV offered multiple channels to choose from. The service was outstanding, thanks to the lovely Zorica at reception. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

One a minor improvement would be to offer at least one complimentary water for guests as we the tap water very cloudy.

The best location ever, you are in the center of city. Hotel is located 2 minutes from Skadarlija, Republic Square, Kalemegdan and the main street by walk. Location really can’t be better, you don’t need to use public transport or taxi, everything is near. Apartment is extremely clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed in jacuzzi. Bed is comfortable, staff is very kind and helpful for everything you need. For that price we got more than expected. We are really satisfied and we will stay here next time for sure! :)

My stay at Black Pearl Luxury Suites was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and top-notch service. The suite was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the decor and comfort made my experience feel truly luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the ambiance was both elegant and relaxing. Additionally, the location was perfect—close to everything while still offering a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend Black Pearl Luxury Suites to anyone looking for a first-class experience. I will definitely be returning for another stay in the future!

First of all, the location is perfect. Right at the centre of the city, I could easily walk to the fruit market on the corner, shops, stores, and lots of wonderful restaurants that served the most tasty meals. My favourite spot is the Dva Jelena, a 192-year-old restaurant where I was serenaded with delicious food and live music from 3 elderly men. Their singing and playing were heavenly, and I recommend this spot to every visitor. Not to forget, the lady at the reception, Zorica, is an angel. She reached out to me on WhatsApp before I arrived and made sure I was fully briefed on what to expect on arrival and how to navigate my way from the airport to the hotel. Zorica was so sweet and professional, and she kept that positive smile on her face the whole time. I was well received, and I must say the customer service is top-notch. Housekeeping was done every day, and the lady who cleaned was very friendly, respectful, and polite. She greeted me every single time with a smile on her face, and she was very professional and smart with her work. The room has a good solid bed and a working cooling/heating air conditioning system, a good bathroom with a shower for both hot and cold water, and a wonderful minibar with drinks, snacks, a coffee machine, a kettle, etc and a very good wifi internet system. I particularly loved the lighting system, which had a unique blend of different colours of lights, and it gave a very cosy feeling, especially on the dining table. I will come back again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful suites, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, providing the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The bathroom was another highlight - it was well-maintained and immaculately clean, reflecting the high standards. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location in the city center, close to key attractions within a few mintues. All the famous restaurants and pubs were just a short walk away, and I could easily find a taxi within a few minutes whenever needed making it ideal for both business and leisure The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm and professional demeanor truly made my stay memorable.

The location of the facility is both good and bad! While our friends were unloading the suitcases, they were fined by the police. There is a parking problem in front of the facility, and waiting on the road is not allowed. The partnered parking lot of the facility is 500 meters away. Other than that, it is very close to the city center, and the rooms are excellent. Additionally, the elevator is very small, barely fitting even one person with luggage. In terms of price-performance, it exceeded our expectations.

The parking issue and the small size of the elevator bothered me.

Loved the room and the facilities. Everything was very clean, tidy and the building was very quiet. The location was great (24/7 pharmacy across the road, lots of great restaurants nearby).

We had to wait a while at the buzzer as the person I was instructed to buzz to let us inside the building took a while to respond. We checked in around 7pm. The room keys were left on the reception desk in an envelope for me and there was no issues once we made it inside the building. Throughout my 5 day stay, I never saw a single staff member at the reception desk though - there was a sign up the whole time that said "The reception desk is unattended at the moment, the shift will start soon" (even in the middle of the day), which felt strange.

Very comfortable beds, in the heart of Belgrade. Short walk to Republic square and bus stations. Many delicious food places around the area. Small and cozy for couples traveling together. Free parking is included in the stay. Very affordable stay in Belgrade.

The tap was loose in the bathroom. The hotel is location on a slope and the parking space is located in another place, approx. 5 mins walk away. Travellers with huge and heavy luggages have to take note. Travellers will have to get the key card to the parking space before checking in. The area is busy during peak hour and can be difficult to find a public parking space.

Location is very central and the apartment is nice. However the big jacuzzi in the middle of the room is very confusing, as it is cold to have jacuzzi in so big room, and the heating is central, so you can't control it. The sofa bed was not functional the first night, so my daughter slept in a very small unopened sofa bed, which they fixed the other day. The second night was horrible, as a siren of a car was making loud noises for 8 hours without anybody from the hotel available to notice the police. That is the biggest minus of this apartment-lack of employees at the reception desk during the night.

The elevator, which is only for two persons, so as a family of three we have to wait for the third person in the next ride. The broken sofa bed which was not ready for our first night stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very comfortable, making me feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The staff were also incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality.
