The hotel is really nice, the food was tasty and services were really good. Everything, except the view, was great!

Unfortunatly our windows faced very poluted street and not Botanical garden. That's why it's 9, not 10.

the location, the hotel thematic, nice bathroom, friendly staff, parking garage is very close to the hotel, 1500RSD/full day.

The room cleaning lady knocked at the door around 11 AM, we told her we will be leaving the room in one hour, we left the towels to get replaced but she never came back in that day so we had to dry them on the bathroom heater and reuse them, since after 6PM there is no one at the reception The shower/shampoo bottle was insufficient for two people taking showers daily, luckily we had our own.

The hotel is situated very well - near by the city center and with a lot of things to do around. The private parking is in place and is a very useful facility. The personnel were very polite, collaborative and competent. Regardless these deficiency, we will use the hotel again when we're in Belgrade, because it is a very good place to stay.

The minus is the breakfast - It absolutely not worth for the money, because of the limited choose of offered food. The good thing is that at a walking distance you can find a bakery with brilliant breakfast, which costs at least 5 times less. Another disturbance is the early check out time - 10:00 a.m.

The facilities are very clean and nicely furnished. The staff is nice.

The location is nice, but they don't warn you that some of the rooms are in fact not in the little street facing the botanical garden (which was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel), but in a separate building, facing the main and very busy street. Upon arrival, I could not enter the facility (the reception only works until 16.00 🤷🏽‍♂️), and I had to wait for approx 15 minutes gor someone to arrive. The breakfast is served only from 8.00 on, which is a no can do for working people. Plus, the extra 10 EUR you pay for breakfast don't include a proper coffee (espresso or cappuccino e.g.). Thus consider alternatives for breakfast (cheaper and better) since you anyhow have to dress up and ho outdoors if you're staying in the detached building.

Lokacija je super, hotel je divan i čist. Osoblje super takodje, svi su bili mnogo prijatni :) Jedino što bih pomenula je da sam bila malo zbunjena po dolasku jer soba sa slika koje sam gledala i na osnovu kojih sam bukirala je bila dosta veća nego soba koja mi je ponudjena po dolasku, tako da sam prešla u veću i platila dodatno. Osim toga, odnos cijene i kvaliteta je odličan :)

The furnishings of the room are pretty new (as described). It was very clean in the room and hotel areas. We felt pretty comfortable after our late arrival. The hotel owns a nice and cozy area in front of the main entrance. A nice place to sit outside and have breakfast or just enjoy a cold drink in the afternoon. The young Lady at the reception is very kind and friendly. Even when calling her in the night to get inside the hotel she was very courteous. We felt welcome. The public parking garage is nearby and had enough capacity left.

The information given via booking.com is partially misleading. 1. "In the center" - but the touristic hotspots, castle, Duna are 10 minutes away by taxi. 2. The information "Rezeptionsservice Später Check-in bis 02:00 Uhr." (late check-in until 02:00) is fully misleading, since the real opening hours are from 7 - 22:00 hrs. This, we learned from the WhatsApp confirmation sent by the hotel. Luckily, the reception is reachable via phone and we received instructions / a code to get inside the hotel. 3. During booking it was not clear that the side building is around the block and that side and main building are not connected with each other.

The room in the Annex was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Even though the room was facing the main street there was no noise during the night.

I've never in my life had to check out from a hotel room at 10:00. After the reception told me it's not possible to stay at least 30 minutes longer, I left my room but nobody went in to clean for at least 45 minutes... The breakfast was decent and there was free filtered coffee but as a preference I chose to have the espresso and they said the first one is free but if I want another one I would need to pay.

There was a drains smell often in the bathroom - cleaner tried to mask this with lavender bag in second day but to no avail Breakfast selection was limited in comparison to other hotels of similar quality - limited fruit selection etc. When asking for a second hit drink was told we would have to pay extra. really?.Never ben asked that before anywhere in the world…… Reception closed at 9

The interior design across both the main building and the annex is contemporary, stylish, and thoughtfully tied into the hotel’s botanical theme. The greenery throughout adds a fresh and calming atmosphere that makes the space feel inviting.

Unfortunately, the rooms don’t have a fridge, which felt like a surprising omission given today’s standards. It would have been convenient to store drinks or snacks, especially during warm days.

The room was very functional. A reasonable walk to the city and sights of Belgrade. Reception staff were fabulous! Helpful, kind, and went out of their way to help find what you needed. Good filling breakfast, bonus that it was included in the room rate.

There wasn't much to not like. A couple of things could make it even better, a teaspoon for the coffee would be good. Also, if bottled water was put in the room every day instead of every couple of days. Don't think they could do anything about the smell from the drains in the bathroom.
