There is so much I could say! When we entered the hotel we were greeted by a lively receptionist. She had a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She was very helpful and provided us with attractions that we could visit. The check-in was very smooth. Our family suite was spacious, clean, and modern. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this place!! We will definitely visit again.

The hotel is not located in the centre, however, it is easy to find, and easy to get to other parts of the town. Not far from Belgrade's main avenue via which you can reach the centre easily. The room is big enough and clean. The bed mattress is very comfortable. Strong WIFI. You find decent breakfast and nice staff. Certainly value of the money.

I was disturbed by some group of people in the middle of the night. They were really noisy, so they woke me up. They obviously didn't care about other guests in the hotel. That was the only negative experience. Maybe the staff could have been more proactive with that one.

Today and clean

Only issue was that someone had left window open and air con did not work. Combine with a delayed Flight 2 am arrival and a cold meant I didn’t sleep much.

+Netflix was a nice option. +Curtains provides a dark room for sleep. +Silence is great. Especially in floor 5 +Shower is nice and strong +Garage is small but safe and easy to find. Closed and secure. +The reception took care of my own special requests carefully. +Bed and pillows were very comfortable. +I liked the sleepers inside of the room. (I hate walking with bare feet in hotel rooms due to hygiene concerns) +Breakfast was real intercontinental. The variation was enough for my family and the quality was also adequate. +The staff was very kind and interested with your requests sincerely.

• Kaffee ☕️ is 1 eur in minibar. Should be free. • Tap water told portable ( drinkable) but not that nice. Made my stomach hurt and delayed falling in sleep. I recommend your own water. There was no bottled water at the breakfast neither. • Minibar prices was not written or I could not find although I looked for. • Doors have no lock 🔒 from inside.

Great hotel, very friendly and professional staff, spacious rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable bed, super delicious breakfast. Comes with a free parking in underground garage which is amazing. All in all: great experience and we will be back for sure.

5km away from Republic Square. Public Transportation a few meters from building. Frequent bus pass. Easy to reach city center.

- The street next to the hotel is quite noisy due to traffic. Sleeping with an open window would be difficult

Good hotel with very friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds. Well connected to public transportation and walking distance to Vracar area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, always helpful staff. Property renovated, very spacious and very clean

Only pitty thing is that top flor caffe bar was closed , although accessible for the guests.
