We enjoyed a great weekend trip to Belgrade at Villa Bulevar. While being in walking distance to the Rajko Mitic soccer stadion was important for us, also sightseeing was easy, thanks to a bus stop with free 10-15 minute transportation to the Church of Saint Sava and the city center. We could also walk to a huge supermarket. The room was large and quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly, organizing the night taxi back to the airport for us.

Very spacious room and very clean. People in other reviews claimed that the rooms facing the street (like the one I stayed in) are noisy due to traffic. This is not the case unless you are in the running for "Worlds Lightest Sleeper" or just like to complain. It certainly didn't bother me and I would consider myself a light sleeper. Also, the room had everything one would want; kettle, refrigerator, and multiple places to sleep and sit. It was like having a suite; awesome. I will definitely be staying here again when I am in Belgrade on business.

The water in the shower was not hot at all. It wasn't freezing, but it was far less than room temperature. I would have liked to have at least a slightly warm shower to get ready for my meeting that day. I believe it was an issue with the faucet though as the sink had extremely hot water all the time. Not the worst thing though that can happen to one in hotel for sure, but worth noting.

Villa Bulevar is a great place to stay. It is clean, affordable, has convenient parking and located in a nice quiet residential area. Marina is phenomenal, she not only goes an extra mile but above and beyond to help the guests with anything they may need. Marina made our stay extra special and we will be forever grateful for all of her help.

Basic, but absolutely functional and comfortable. Rooms were warm, spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. There is a possibility to order breakfast - I was not aware of this. The breakfast was served in 10-15 minutes since I ordered. Great experience, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Parking spaces in front of the hotel, although properly marked, can be a bit tight. But, in general, this was not really an issue, since there was a possibility to park in the garage, also...

The room was clean and cozy, all stuff we met were super-friendly and so helpful! The location is quite far from the center but it was ok for us. Took us about 45 min to go to the center on foot. 24h supermarket is located nearby, and the stuff of the Villa Bulevar provide us a map, so it was easy to find everything. Laundry can be easily arranged, for 10 euros you can get your clothes dry and clean.

Despite the fact that guests are not allowed to smoke in the establishment, the lobby was often smoky. Although the smell never reached our apartments. But for the money we paid it is really a superb hotel! We had a pleasant stay.

Very kind receptionist, good location and free parking in front of the building. The building has an elevator and also a garage . 150m from stadium Rajko Mitic. Market, restaurants and bars are very close. I Recommend 👍

Everything was as I expected. Staff very polite and helpful. I needed some upgrades,some changes ,and they helped with Everything. Really friendly and polite. High level professionals.

Bed a little bit uncomfortable.

Perfect location, near several bus stops. We had everything we wanted within 10 minutes of walking. The lady at reception was awesome!

A bit old furniture, but otherwise comfortable.

Very worn-out furniture, especially in the bathroom, shower was almost falling apart. Minimal kitchen utensils in the mini-kitchen. No tea or coffee provided. Cosmetic repairs are needed. But the price is affordable.

The apartment was a good size, the double bed was comfortable, the single beds less so. Balcony was a nice bonus. The staff was real friendly, parking space a bit tight but worked well.

The fridge was in the bathroom so it was bizzare (we understood that there was no space for it in the kitchen).
