Girls from the reception where very friendly and helpful, my room was on the first floor, room was spacious and clean, with courtyard view, bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night so It is perfect for sleeping. I would also like to mention restaurant Muskat where I went to have dinner with my friends first day. Service was exceptional as well as the food and wine. I will defiantly come here again, I would like to thank Hotel Dum and restaurant Muskat staff for making my stay this good.

We checked in late, but the staff was nice and eager to help us. The hotel is located in a nice, small street with great access to the city center. The hotel is located in a nice alley and the rooms are really nicely decorated. The restaurant that is a part of the hotel was really good, and I would highly recommend it. The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. The ambiance was super nice and comfortable. We will be staying here again, for sure. The staff in both the hotel and the restaurant is super friendly. They were there for all our needs. The view from the room is wonderful. The hotel is located in a nice street with close access to a tram station, it's a minute walk from the hotel. We stayed in a room upstairs and it was really nicely decorated. Prices are really reasonable. We had the best night sleep here. The beds are so comfortable. We had lunch at the onsite restaurant and the food was amazing, so was the staff. We will definitely be coming back. It's our second time staying here and it was as good as the first time. The staff was super nice and they had great recommendations for places to eat in the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Belgrade.

The room was super clean. We checked in a bit late, but the staff was really nice and helpful. They were there for any question we had. The check-in process was really simple and easy. The staff showed us to our rooms and they were available for any questions we had. Located in a small alley and really nicely decorated. Very good and fast interent. Great water pressure. This is my second time at Garni hotel Dum, everything was great, including staff. We went as family and everyone was very happy and comfortable. location is perfect, we also got a parking space in front of the hotel at no extra cost.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful, it was very comfortable and having a restaurant on site was great.

Didn’t have any warm water for over 24 hours, this was in the process of being rectified, I felt that it should have been fixed in less than 24 hours, not sure how long it took as I was leaving.

We checked in very late, but the reception employee was very kind to let us in even at such a late hour, and let us check out later. She was pleasant, professional and always at our service. The room was clean, new and warm. Great location of the hotel. We felt very comfortable!
