Pretty central location, close to all the restaurants and cultural sites, huge boiler, teapot is available, enough towels. Easy contactless check in and check out, i did not see anyone in the hotel :D

When I entered the room i did not understand why the AC was heating the room to the 30 degrees, so i switched it off. When i came back to the room after some time, i realized why. It was freezing cold in the room, bathroom floor was terribly cold, not possible to walk barefoot. Also, the minibar was half empty, there was no water in the room (neither complimentary, not for money), even in the mini-bar fridge, such a shame. In addition, the minibar fridge is located right in front of the bed and the light from the fridge is annoying, so i had to switch it off.

A stylish and eco-friendly hotel with lush plants decorating the exterior, creating a welcoming and green atmosphere. The location is ideal just a short walk from major tourist attractions, trendy restaurants, modern cafes, and a nearby shopping mall, yet still quiet and peaceful. The hotel is modern and new, with a clean, minimalistic design that feels fresh and calming. The rooms are big, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. There’s a kettle with boiling water and a selection of tea provided. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and provided excellent communication from check-in to check-out.

There are a few areas for improvement. The TV wasn’t working, which was a minor inconvenience. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, that could be a challenge. The room also lacked a fridge, which would have been useful. At times, it was a bit noisy due to thin walls, you can occasionally hear sounds from neighboring rooms.

Everything is great, location is very convenient and close to major points of interest in the city and transport so it's a perfect place for a first visit in my opinion. There are also very cozy breakfast and lunch shops nearby so you're never far away from a cup of expertly made coffee or pastries. The rooms also aren't facing the streets but a small courtyard so it's very quiet.

The room was a little humid at times, ventilation could be better especially when it was cold.

The location was really great as well as room itself and the staff. As well I was pleasantly surprised that my room was upgraded.❤️

The wi-fi was really too slow. As well it could be hard to get to the top floor with your luggage without an elevator (if you are a girl and your suitcase is huge — my case😁).

Lovely place, clean and green. Spacious room but no room safe. Barely 10 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone. just 2 blocks down the hill are a very nice cafe and a bakery, good for breakfast croissant etc.

Why do the curtains not cover the windows to reduce sunlight in the early morning?

Overall it was a good place for an alone traveller. The place was quite central, it was easy to take the bus and tram. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I would mention is there is no lift. So if you are on the 3rd floor like me you have to carry your luggage up and down.

The hotel is excellent value for a city-centre property. The bedrooms are simply furnished but they are quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and a special mention is deserved by Lazar, who was always cheerful and helpful.

There is no receptionist at certain times.

The crew are helpful and friendly people. They helped me on how to travel. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to places to visit.

There was a problem with cleaning the bed covers. Also need to add slippers to the room.

It is well located, the reception was easy to manage the check-in as we had a late check in

There were dirty towels behind the door but the administrator took them out straight away. The TV we couldn’t make work

Just perfect from location perspective. Small hotel, set back, but quite modern.

Small takedown: the curtain does not darken the room at all, so sleeping in does not really work. :)
