The hotel is located in one of my favorite spots—perfectly situated and easy to access. The food at Sonda Restaurant is exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes that cater to every taste. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal place for work or friendly gatherings. It’s truly a pleasant and comfortable experience, whether you’re there for business or leisure.

While the hotel has many great qualities, there were a few small issues during my stay. My room refrigerator was not replenished, (no coffee milk) and I couldn’t find a “Do Not Disturb”. Additionally, I noticed the housekeeping staff discussing things in the hallway, which could be better managed for a quieter atmosphere. These are minor details, but addressing them could improve the overall experience.

Great Location, Views, and Sauna – Excellent Value I really enjoyed my stay at Mona Plaza. The location is excellent—close to all the main attractions in the city, which made it easy to get around. The views from the hotel were beautiful, and the breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. One of the highlights for me was the warm sauna in the spa—it was clean, relaxing, and a great way to unwind. Overall, I found Mona Plaza to be a great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The only downside was the air conditioning. During our stay, temperatures in Belgrade were extremely high (38–39°C), and the AC didn’t seem to perform at its best. It wasn’t a major issue, but worth mentioning.

The hotel is well situated to walk everywhere in fine weather. The rooms are well appointed and the bed was comfortable. I liked that I could open the windows and have some fresh air. My room had a great view of the river. There were some non-smoking restaurants nearby. The wellness centre is beautiful and also very clean. I used the sauna and had a massage.

It smells like cigarettes in the foyer and restaurant so you’re confined to your room or the wellness centre if you don’t smoke. The room is not fully cleaned everyday. *Note that smoking is allowed pretty much everywhere in Belgrade, including indoors!

Breakfast buffet was very large. Plenty of choice. Loads of places to sit. Air conditioning was excellent. Mini bar was large enough for me to use for keeping water chilled. 2 complimentary bottles of still water

No flip flops for breakfast. Also, when eating alone how do you mark the table you are using? No decaffeinated hot drinks. 7am is a wee bit late for breakfast to start if you have to be somewhere by 8am Room wasn't cleaned one day, even though I had the 'clean room' sign on for 3 hours.

Lovely hotel, room was spotless, well decorated and had great views of the city. Location is about 10 mins walk from kalmegdan fortress, 15-20 mins from central pedestrian area, 40 mins or so from st sava cathedral - so not quite in the centre of the city but in a quiet residential area which is a benefit in itself! Gym was well equipped. We were amazed by the quality of this hotel for the price.

Breakfast was generally good, with a great selection of food, but one morning of our stay some of the food (cold meats, cheese) didn’t taste as fresh - might have been sat out for a bit too long

Hotel Mona je jako dobar za smještaj od nekoliko dana u Beogradu. Kreveti su udobni, sobe prostrane. Kozmetika u kupatilima je odlična. Odnos osoblja prema gostima je korektan bez posebnog isticanja ljubaznosti.

Iako se ne radi o premium luksuznom hotelu ulazak na doručak u papučama nije dozvoljen bez obzira da li se radi o modnim papučama i sa vanjskom ljetnom temperaturom od +35 stepeni Celzijusa. Doručak je dobar sa konstantnim nedostacima i nedopunjavanjem nekih jela i pića. Moje lično mišljenje da je cijena parkinga za jedan dan od 22 EUR-a precijenjena.

Excellent location in a quiet and convenient area. Quality rooms, comfortable showers and beds, good breakfast, pleasant staff.

Sometimes the corridors on our floor (9) were slightly dirty, with drops of something on the carpet, and sometimes the breakfast area was also slightly dirty. This was strange, as the rooms were very clean.

Clean room, overall very good quality of the furniture, shower, bed etc. The gym is well equipped. It was a pleasure to get back to the room after walking around the city. I'm happy that we decided to stay here, it's a great hotel, I think it's the best quality in the neighbourhood.

It will be amazing when they totally eliminate smoking at the hotel. Currently the rooms are non-smoking and we didn't feel any smell inside the room or in the gym. But it's still allowed to smoke at the bar on the ground floor, so it smells on the ground and the first floor. And the dining area is not separated from the smoking bar ((

Staff was great, the free robotic coffee was such a plus, and the restaurant meals were excellent. The rooms were very clean and modern, the linens were fresh and the room design was functional. Additionally, the location is in a very interesting and edgy part of the city, close to the center and Danube, but industrial in spirit. The wellness and gym facilities are fantastic also.

There was a great idea to stay here! The best location, clean and modern hotel in the city center! The room was clean, Pet friendly. Delicious breakfast, good equipped gym! The stuff was very kind, helpful and patience. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, in a modern style. There was everything that we need in the room. I would also like to note the presence of cozy bathrobes and slippers
