Sinisa checked us in and was there for the majority of our stay and he made the stay 10 stars! He was kind, and always available for a helping hand and speaks brilliant English! The staff were very accommodating with food after I was poorly so I really appreciate that. The hot tub is nice and the views are nice. The bed is AMAZING BEST SLEEP EVER.

Our room was quite ran down. Toilet seat broken, mould on ceiling in bathroom. The bathroom floor gets EXTREMELY wet when taking a shower and the shower barely runs. Anti slip mats would go a long way in the bathroom. And the boats literally dump their rubbish outside which is a big shame for looks and environment. It’s was all just little things so it’s not bad but hopefully Flow will just do some maintenance.

We stayed in a room with Jacuzzi at balcony. Room is spacious and terrace was much better than we expected. Unfortunately it was rainy first night so we couldn't enjoy it. Hotel was much better than we expected, we consider staying in Belgrad for one more night. There is a charging spot where you can charge your car and billed when checking out, price was fair. View was perfect and it was silent at night. We stayed with our small (8kg) dog and he enjoyed the island and balcony as well. We would probably stay again if we go to Belgrad.

Breakfast could be better. for continental sausages were low quality. I left the half of the plate. My wife didnt enjoy the breakfast as well. I wish they charge more and have better breakfast on that nice riverside terrace. Hotel is located on an island and entry to island is not free. Please consider that if you are coming with car. If you are not coming with car, consider walking distance from island entry to the hotel which is about 15 minutes.

We rarely leave reviews, but Flow Hotel in Belgrade truly deserves it. The lakeside setting is stunning and the floating hotel is full of charm. Rooms on the lake side may be smaller, but they more than compensate with a spacious terrace, comfy chaise longues, and great extras like the internal bathtub and outdoor jacuzzi. Everything is modern, clean, and well-kept. The staff are genuinely friendly, both with guests and kids—there’s even a play corner with toys. Pet-friendly, too, which is a real plus for families. The food is very good, and for the price, this is honestly one of the best bargains out there—top quality for the money. It’s a shame the annex is gone, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a unique location! The room was big, with great view!! It was nice and clean. The personal was great and very friendly!! Helping with everything! They help us with the luggages all the way to the room and also help with charging our car! They even took care of the baby while we were settling down!!

We didn't know that we had to pay to enter to the area where the hotel is located. Apparently it´s a private island so if you want to enter with your car you have to pay the entrance. The restaurant wasn't smoke free. We know that smoking inside in Serbia is not prohibited but still it´s not ideal for the tourists. Also the breakfast was poor, lacks of variety and quantity. I hope it was just due to the low season.

Nice and modern rooms, and a nice location along the river. The location is top to relax, to go to the beaches or for a walk, run or play. For a visit to Belgrado, you need a car or taxi. If you want to walk, it's a couple of km.

Cleaning could be better, and jacuzzi was empty. However, this was fixed quickly by filling with fresh (warm) water. You have to pay for the entrance with a car on the island.

Very unique location on the river Sava. It is a floating small “hotel” with good design and extraordinary feeling.

Some part of the property is broken and some functions are not working. Like jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was from À la carte. We needed wait a bit longer for the dinner and breakfast booth. The food was okay but a bit overpriced. The location around the property a bit messy.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted kindly by the staff who led me to a modern and spacious room with a large, comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a beautiful park, which was perfect for a relaxing walk around the pond to take in the nature. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were always polite and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and romantic evening or a peaceful stay surrounded by natural beauty. The hotel is worth the money and more, and I can't wait to book my next stay.

Location- remote from the centre, not easy to find, entrance to the park has to be paid - the issue is not the amount, but the fact they accept only cash and if you arrive during the night, this can be a challenge

- The room was gorgeous! Honestly, wonderful! We loved everything about it and cannot wait to stay with you again! - We loved the later checkout (at 12) - allowed us a very stress-free morning - Staff was very helpful and attentive - We loved having the free street parking - The breakfast was big and quite good

- The only thing that disturbed our stay a bit was that there wasn't very good noise canceling in the room and around midnight there was loud music coming from somewhere outside - Though the location is beautiful there were a lot of stray dogs around the island so we were a bit concerned walking around especially at night (they didn't look aggressive and we could see other people pass by them with no problem but they were quite big and can be concerning for people with fear of dogs)... they were super near the hotel entrance though so they didn't cause us any trouble going in and out :)

The staff were out of this world welcoming and even made us the best dinner we had after we arrived late. Maria is a star! Also the area is just fantastic to explore - it is like a mini beach around the Ada lake with plenty of restaurants and activities.
