The staff are incredibly helpful—not just one, but all of them. The breakfast options were quite sufficient They assisted us with many aspects of navigating the city. The rooms were clean, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes away from the city center and is also close to public transportation and the tram. However, one of the rooms faced the interior passageway. I’d recommend choosing a room with a terrace, though the other room wasn’t bad either. Despite the cold weather, we had no issues with hot water or heating in the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay!🙂

The staff is very friendly. The location is great - not exactly central, but everything (cafe/restaurants/groceries/shopping mall) is nearby. Even a washing/dry cleaning service is in the same building. For touristic attractions, just pick a bus 100 meters away to any direction. BTW, the public transport in Belgrade is free this year - including #607 that takes you to/from the airport. So don't waste money on taxi (was my mistake...) I picked this hotel really randomly to spend the sigle first night after a long travel - and in the end spent there 5 days.

I stayed 6days in this hotel. This is my 3rd time staying here. For me this hotel is very convenient. Staff is very nice and helpful. They upgraded me to double room and I'm very grateful for it. Breakfast is good. I would return anytime!

I didn't know you have to ask for the AC remote so it was hot in the room. I don't know why the remote isn't in the room or at least that it's written somewhere that you have to ask for it, but for next time I know.

A rare find in Banovo Brdo in south-west Belgrade. Convenient public transportation. Express bus (#607) to Nikola Tesla airport is about 200m away. Nice room with ceiling to floor glass windows. Great breakfast with a large selection. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, allowing both early check-in and late check-out.

Weak Wifi with frequent drops. Not suitable for long Skype chats. Main entrance to the hotel is inside a commercial building with no elevators, facing east (to a small street), and its exits to the Main Street are closed on weekends. Although the hotel has its own elevator, some with a lot of luggage might find it inconvenient.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good spread with many fresh fruits, delicious pastries, eggs, ham and various drinks (coffee, tea, yoghurt, milk). It was a great way to start each day. A special shout-out to the guys at the reception who were super welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out and made a positive impact on my overall experience. Overall, I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay.

The parking is bit of a problem but nothing that should scare you away from this hotel!

The building itself is old, and the hotel is inside a plaza. Cannot say it is the best hotel setup, but it is totally more than worth the money. The staff is exceptional. Milos and Natasa at front desk welcomed us and made superhuman effort to make our stay better. We had a bad experience at the border gates, but Garni staff reversed that experience. They were really nice and helpful. I dont know the name of the lady responsible for the food area but she was also super nice to us.

The hotel doesn’t have its own building. It’s a part of a plaza, a very old plaza.

I liked everything . The staff was very kind and helpfull, they are very flexible .Including recetion staff, kitcene and cleaner lady. Big thank you for everybody. I went there from a International event and they called me a taxi, communication was great. Next this hotel you can find everything, even a sewing shop. For me was necessary and lady solved out the problem in short time. You have here beathy salon, all bus station is in 3 mins walk, grocery market, pharmacy, restaurant everything is there form 5 mins. The room was big, with big terace, living room , nice bathroom. So everything was perfect,

Before I arrived to the hotel, Milos communicated with me very well to arrange my airport pick up. From when I arrived at the hotel, Milos went above and beyond to help me with booking taxis as Serbia does not have the Uber service . The location of the hotel is great and very central, so it was very easy for me to get around. My room was spacious and the aircon was already on which I appreciated, so it was nice and chilled when I arrived. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating whenever I asked for assistance. I would stay there again and will recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

That I was unable to stay at the hotel longer but I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

We always stay here when we come to Belgrade. The staff is responsive and kind. The rooms are sparkling clean and the breakfast is delicious.

We usually get a spacious family room that faces the street, but this time we got a smaller room that faces the inside of the mall. The view was ugly and we couldn't open the balcony to control the temperature and it was too hot. Also, the hotel used to be better value for the money, recently it has gotten more expensive.

Love the breakfast, you don't have a lot of choice but it's good and you pick what you want, the room is calm and nice. The staff is extremely friendly, efficient and nice, I'd like more comfier beds but overall this place is my go to for Belgrade

Some windows on the rooms are not really in a good shape, the beds are a bit too hard in my opinions. The place is a bit hard to access / find but I'm really writing that just for the sake of writing cause there's a minimum to write to post a review.
