A very decent hotel when you want to stay in Belgrade on a budget. The staff is amazing and they do everything to make you feel welcome. This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels ever - cleaning lady does a great job daily, always with a smile on her face. There is a complementary breakfast provided every morning, although you can find several good bakeries and coffee shops in the neighbourhood. If you are coming by car - there are plenty of free parking spots around hotel. Furthermore, public transportation options are just around the corner - Belgrade is so easy to get around by bus or tram (which are completely free of charge by the way!). All in all, we had great 3 night stay here and will be back for sure!

The staff were as helpful as ever. I am a returning customer, either alone or in the company of my husband. This time around, the girl at the reception even helped me carry my luggage up to the second floor as there is no elevator. Her colleague on duty early in the morning when I had to leave for the airport also helped me with the luggage and kindly made me a cup of tea as it was much too early for breakfast.

Putting a chair in the room would be helpful as there was no other place to sit down except on the bed.

Breakfast is very good and abundant. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is quite convenient if you need to go to the airport as it is only a 15 minute cab ride. The river Sava is very close as well, great for walks and restaurants. Downtown Belgrade is only a 15 minute cab ride away as well.

Our room didn't have the best location as it was right above the entrance and cigarette smoke came straight up through our window. Smokers should not be allowed to smoke this close to the entrance as this is bothersome. The room was a bit dark given the small window but staff were helpful and gave us an extra table light to improve the situation. The carpets could have been a bit cleaner, it was quite dirty underneath the bed.

I have stayed at this property several times and the breakfast has always been excellent. Tasty options and decent hours, until 10:30. The staff are always very nice, helpful, and accommodating.The hotel has a 24 hour reception, which is very helpful if you have to leave early for the airport.

Please put a chair in every room! The only place to sit down is the bed, not very comfortable as it is very low.

Location was very convenient to move around outside Belgrade, although there are also trams and buses to go downtown. There is several parking lots in the vicinity, so one doesn't have to worry about where to leave the car. Staff is very kind and helpful and will gladly provide assistance with your needs.

Some rooms are starting to need renovation; although they are still comfortable and spotless clean, some of the furniture is starting to show wear down. A very minor detail: rooms would be just perfect if there was at least one chair, so those who travel for work could be more comfortable while at the computer.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel is small, clean and very cost effective. Breakfast is simple but good enough. The staff is very helpful and even made us a package for breakfast as we checked out very early. WIFI was very good.

The location of the hotel is hard to find and the area is not as welcoming as i would hope. In the room there wasn't a suitable desk to work on with the laptop

The hotel is not new, but the room was clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and plenty and included local food. The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the promenade on Sava river, where there are a lot of restaurants on the water, park and playgrounds.

The matress was old and bumpy, it could do with replacing.

So nice, polite and welcoming staff. Offered me a parking space right away (which is not easy to find around). They make you feel welcome and like at home. Rooms are nice and clean. Reception 00-24h. Had special request for early check-in and hotel responded affirmative. Would go there again.

The hotel is in a quiet location. Not far from city transport stops. Connection frequency very high. There are really many shops and eating places around the hotel. Delta city and interesting places are not far away. The rooms are nice, functionally equipped. The bathroom is very nice. Perfectly cleaned everywhere. Nice bar next to reception. Excellent food at the hotel. All the receptionists are not only very beautiful women, but also very pleasant and friendly. Everyone can speak English, at a very good level. Everyone is very pleasant, like the whole of wonderful Serbia. I will definitely come back!!!

Nice clean hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and had pretty good variety of food, even though there were not many guests of the hotel at the time. Next to the hotel there were plenty of shops, restaurants and other commercial buildings.

The only thing I did not like was that the windows were not very well sealed and it might be a problem in the winter when there is the need to isolate the room temperature. We were in the spring and this was not something important, but maybe during the cold season this might be a problem.
