We arrived early, before check-in time, and were warmly welcomed by Milos and Dajena. Milos took us to our room and immediately arranged a bed for my 3-year-old son. They also have a beautiful water paradise for kids, with slides both indoors and outdoors. The indoor pool is open until 3:00 AM, and the outdoor pool is open until 7:00 PM. I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

There is no restaurant where you can sit down and enjoy a meal calmly — we had to get food from outside the hotel and then eat in an area near the closed pool, which didn’t feel very welcoming. Also, there is no mini bar to keep your drinks cold. You also can’t buy anything like snacks or drinks inside the hotel itself. It says there is a restaurant on the 5th floor, but that turned out not to be true. However, there is a supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where you can buy food and drinks if needed, and next to the hotel there is a pizza restaurant where you can eat.

Amazing property, reception was super friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was big and spacious. This location is perfect for short term stays if you have a flight as it’s close to the airport. Aqua park was huge and lots of fun. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Not much to do outside the property as it’s in an industrial area but there is a cafe next door and a couple of restaurants on the main road and a supermarket.

The hotel is very modern, nice furniture, and very clean.

The heater was not working. We have arrived from our flight very late in the night, 1AM, the window in the room was opened which is good for the fresh air but unfortunatelly the heater was not working and it was very cold in the room. Even tough we have tried in each possible way to open the heater on warm , it did not worked. From reception they told us to leave it open because after 30 minutes it will start to give warm air, we ended to fall asleep with cold air ( on low power, but still, very inconfortable as we had also our 6 y old with us)

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff members who genuinely seemed eager to assist me. Their professionalism and attentiveness were immediately evident, as they efficiently checked me in and ensured that all my needs were met. The reception staff went above and beyond to provide me with detailed information about the hotel's amenities, nearby attractions

when it came to breakfast, I must say that I found it to be quite disappointing. While the staff members responsible for serving and attending to guests during breakfast were friendly and accommodating, the quality and variety of the food left much to be desired. The options were limited, food was stale, one of the days I found mould on the bread

Spacious rooms, very well equipped, very good breakfast, helpful staff. Indoor pool warm and opened till shocking 3AM ! We were happy but the hotel would need some care. Some more attention to broken things and dirt around the pools etc.

The surrounding area was not pretty, outdoor pool was empty and would really need some repairs, the shower was leaking and there was mold, the safety box in our room did not work. Whatever was broken in past years was never fixed. Lot of noise from the airplanes (airport nearby) and music till morning hours.

I booked this hotel as I was arriving to Belgrade almost at midnight and wanted something nearby airport. The hotel is located 15mins drive by bus (make sure you have local currency - trip costs around 89 serbian dinars but it's either cash or local card; no Visa or euros) - so feel free to skip taxi drivers who will charge 10 times more. Despite my late arrival I was greeted at the reception, had nice checkin and got into my room that was very cosy, clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast is served in the morning and it's traditional local one - some pastries, eggs any style, fruits and vegetables, etc. Hotel has aquapark and a huge indoor swimming pool with gym and sauna. Aquapark was closed as I was visiting it in April but indoor activities are still on. Really happy with my choice of hotel for the first night in Serbia and I guess it would also be a nice weekend escape.

Totally satisfied with my stay. P.S.: as gym is located in the same building as swimming pool that opens at 10am I had to enjoy sport activities after breakfast. Just in case :)

I liked proximity to the airport. You can get to the hotel from the airport by bus 72 for just 150 Serbian dinars, which is less than 2 euros. The same works on the way back. You can pay directly to the bus driver, just don’t forget to get some Serbian Dinars at an airport currency exchange office. The bus stop is right at the airport and a few meters from the hotel. Also, there is a food store and a nice restaurant within a a few minute-walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable.

The shower was leaking and the water was not hot enough. Also, I could hear noise coming from other rooms. The walls were not soundproof.

The room is large, the beds are comfortable. bathrobes and slippers were given on request, the child was additionally put a large bed - free of charge. A bath in a room-high after the road lie down. After the sauna excursions, warm up and relax!

Breakfasts could be better, many foods are laid out in the morning already at 9 am end and they are not replenished. Well, the price of 200€ a little «bites»

Aquapark is working till 3am! the system of colour lightning above the bed is fun. staff friendliness. Some local food like pies, sweets, cheeses and ajvar you can try during the breakfast.

A bit annoying was a dirty glass wrapped in "desinfected" foil. You cannot count on change of.towels if you leave them on the floor. The breakfast was just the same every day - I liked some stuff but would gladly try something new. The window required some power to close and you hear planes flying of course.

Very bad breakfast! Seemed like the food was from previous days, dru, bad looking. Being with our child I was afraid we would get food poisoning. Better not give breakfast or ask for extra money than give old food!!!
