Nice and clean apartment with new furniture and well-equipped amenities. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Good value for the money.

My wife and I arrived at different times. When I checked in, I was given only one key card at the reception. Since I had to leave before she arrived, I informed the reception about the situation. They assured me that they would notify the night housekeeper. However, when my wife arrived, the housekeeper had not been informed and was suspicious of her. He called the receptionist, and they eventually resolved the issue. The organization seems relatively new to the business, so I recommended they improve staff professionalism. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

The accommodation was really clean, beds were comfortable, and the public transport is very close so going out in the city center was not a problem at all.

If you are planning to cook for yourself the apartment lacked of cooking pots, but im pretty sure if we asked for anything the host would provide that for us because they were really helpful and were present all the time on reception. So if you are planning to cook large meals, don't be lazy like we were. The wifi was the only problem because it was disconnecting all the time.

Very clean property throughout and also very quiet. The location is also perfect with shops nearby.

There was no toaster, tea towels or proper cooking items. The frying pan we had was of no use as everything stuck to it. There was also a corner of the room, next to the balcony door which was black with mould.

We got a big apartment with full kitchen. The apartment is definitely well equipped for long term accomodation. TVs in all bedrooms, big kitchen, big table, big couch.

We were missing some basic kitchen things that we had to buy, like trash bags, sugar, salt. I was also missing a laundry room, although it might have been there.

Apartment was really clean, comfy and check-in was really easy. It is like a hotel, so reception is always there for any questions. Location is a little bit far from center, but quite and safe. Also, public transport is super cheap and close to the appartment. Also, taxi is quite cheap.

Only wifi didn't work, but we had mobile internet so didn't bothered us. Everything else was as we expected to be.

Location, parking, apartment size. Actually, we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment and realised that there are two balconies and two toilets, which are not shown in the pictures.

Kitchen equipment. The bathroom handle is falling off.

Sve je bilo super, čisto je, lokacija je odgovarala našim potrebama. Besplatan parking smo pronašli ispred hotela. Dobili smo i krevetić za dijete, dozvoljen nam je i raniji check-in i to bez doplate (iako se plaća) zbog činjenice da dolazimo ranije s malim djetetom. Osoblje ljubazno, sve pohvale.

Very large and very clean. Booked as emergency accommodation near airport after flight issue and didn’t want to spend night in airport. It was close to airport and far exceeded our expectations.

TV remotes had batteries missing so had to swop from one to another. Shower head couldn’t be attached to wall so had to hold it to shower.

Spacious, clean & well maintained property with good amenities (gym), on site parking & friendly staff. My flight was cancelled and I didn’t get in until the day after my scheduled booking as a result - the gentleman at the reception desk had kindly already reducing my booking by a day and didn’t charge me for the day I was unable to stay. This was a very nice gesture.

Nice big spacious rooms. Air con in all rooms was a bonus too. Close to shops.

There were not enough kitchen utensils, only one frying pan and one large saucepan. Also, the fridge was not cold enough despite being on the highest setting. Room was advertised as having iron and ironing board however we had to ask for it. Not enough hangers for 4 people.
