We always stay here when we have a early flight home. It’s super close the airport, a 5 minute drive. The staff are lovely. We really appreciate them. The rooms are spotless every time and we have stayed around 5 times now. The beds are huge and the balconies. Breakfast is very diverse, there is something for everyone and it’s a buffet so you can eat as much as you choose. It’s close to a fantastic restaurant and the large China town store and other shops. They offer transfers to and from the airport. Its very quiet with good sound installation. We look forward to my next visit here and recommend it above all other hotels in the area as the service is impeccable and consistent.

Its proximity to the airport, the shuttle service and driver as well as a member of staff who was exceptionally helpful. One of our party left a bag with important documents on a public bus and the staff member on duty at reception immediately came to our assistance with phone calls which eventually led to the recovery of the bag.

The room booked was not as described on the booking. We specifically asked for single beds and were told that the room we booked had them. Upon arrival it was not so. We had to pay for another room. In addition, there was another member of staff who seemed indifferent to our predicament in contrast to his colleague in the earlier shift which is sad but sometimes a fact of life. The food that was hyped up in reviews was also a little disappointing as it was already cold by 9 am.

Extremely sympathetic, kind, knowledgable & helpful staff. Substantial breakfast with broad choice for all palates and eating habits. Very clean room catering to all needs. Helpful information folder outlining procedures. 24hr access to front desk personnel for emergency needs.

There was slight confusion on my part regarding the location of the hotel shuttle I had pre-booked for transport to hotel. It was close to midnight and my plane was late. I had mobility issues, and had had to wait for wheelchair assistance @ airport. Everything was resolved eventually and the shuttle driver was very helpful with his assistance.

We had a fantastic short stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast buffet offered a impressive variety of options. But what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Slobodan, who handled our airport transfers with utmost professionalism and kindness. He was punctual, friendly, and even assisted with our luggage. We thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends for any short stay. The perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Close to airport (although transfer to airport seemed a bit pricey to me: €17).

1. Lady at the desk could have been more welcoming with my brother that was dropping me off at the hotel for check in. To my surprise, she was quite “offended” by his request to use the lobby restrooms. Is this reaction even acceptable in this industry!? 2. Bathroom (at least) in room 104 needs some updating (e.g. there is visible rust in shower cabin). However, it was functional and could manage well.

Staff was super nice and helpful. We only stayed for one night due to an unplanned overnight layover. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport and they have a shuttle service so it was very convenient for us. The room was large and spacious. Seems renovated. Relatively clean.

There is nothing much around the hotel. It’s not their fault, thats the outskirts of the airport. There was some smell of smoke, probably from the outside. But these are rather very minor points.

Breakfast, staff and rooms were great as usual. I love this place. Thank you!

During our second stay we were in a studio with two rooms. That was great but there was only air conditioning in one room which is not enough, and the shower was not working well, it needs replacing. Very low water pressure. If the hotel could improve one more thing I would suggest they improve the coffee at breakfast or provide a better coffee for an extra fee.

A very good location for taking break between flights, 10 min away from airport. A very nice breakfast, friendly staff, a very clean and spacious room.

It is good economy option, for rest while changing flight ( flight next day for example). We have arrived about 9pm and I didn't see any restaurant facilities, wasn't a problem for us as we had our dinner at airport.

The room was big, clean and comfortable, with good storage space, a TV, and fridge. The receptionist who checked me in spoke excellent English and was efficient and helpful. The en suite bathroom was lovely, clean, with a powerful shower and lots of hot water. Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety of breads, cheeses, meats, cereals etc. It's close to the airport but I heard no noise from the airport. The shuttle service to or from the airport is very good and recommended. Very good service, and a good budget place to stay.
