The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room clean and functional. A very good option for an early flight from Belgrade airport.

I found the airport transfer a little overpriced.

This is a small, modest but very comfortable hotel only about 20 minutes drive from the airport. Our ground floor room was spacious and immaculately clean with modern amenities. The shower was very high tech! The internet and air-conditioning worked well. The airport pick-up and drop-off worked well and the driver kindly waited well over an hour for our very late plane to arrive. For dinner we went to a fabulous traditional Serbian restaurant just 200m walk from the hotel. Ask reception for directions.

It was a constant struggle to get the room key out of the lock.

I adore shuttle service. That was amazing as we had the same driver as last year, and he remembered us and spoke Russian to us, which he had studied. The big 2-bedroom suite was exactly what we needed after a long flight, although we stayed there just one night. Reception is always good and prompt.

Because there's no elevator, coming down at 4 am with heavy suitcases is quite an unpleasant experience, as I couldn't carry them and made noise on the stairs. But thanks to the Garni staff, the porter appeared in 30 seconds and helped us with this:)

This property exceeded expectations. Exactly what we want from a night near the airport. We arrived at the airport in the evening. Shuttle was flawless. The hotel is clean, quiet and everything works. Breakfast was excellent - much better than expected for a hotel this size and price.

The location seems a bit iffy, but we had no issues. We walked to the restaurant they recommended 100 meters away and it was a little gem. Even at 21:00 on a Sunday, it was lively and well worth a visit.

We always stay here when we have a early flight home. It’s super close the airport, a 5 minute drive. The staff are lovely. We really appreciate them. The rooms are spotless every time and we have stayed around 5 times now. The beds are huge and the balconies. Breakfast is very diverse, there is something for everyone and it’s a buffet so you can eat as much as you choose. It’s close to a fantastic restaurant and the large China town store and other shops. They offer transfers to and from the airport. Its very quiet with good sound installation. We look forward to my next visit here and recommend it above all other hotels in the area as the service is impeccable and consistent.

Its proximity to the airport, the shuttle service and driver as well as a member of staff who was exceptionally helpful. One of our party left a bag with important documents on a public bus and the staff member on duty at reception immediately came to our assistance with phone calls which eventually led to the recovery of the bag.

The room booked was not as described on the booking. We specifically asked for single beds and were told that the room we booked had them. Upon arrival it was not so. We had to pay for another room. In addition, there was another member of staff who seemed indifferent to our predicament in contrast to his colleague in the earlier shift which is sad but sometimes a fact of life. The food that was hyped up in reviews was also a little disappointing as it was already cold by 9 am.

Extremely sympathetic, kind, knowledgable & helpful staff. Substantial breakfast with broad choice for all palates and eating habits. Very clean room catering to all needs. Helpful information folder outlining procedures. 24hr access to front desk personnel for emergency needs.

There was slight confusion on my part regarding the location of the hotel shuttle I had pre-booked for transport to hotel. It was close to midnight and my plane was late. I had mobility issues, and had had to wait for wheelchair assistance @ airport. Everything was resolved eventually and the shuttle driver was very helpful with his assistance.

We had a fantastic short stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast buffet offered a impressive variety of options. But what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Slobodan, who handled our airport transfers with utmost professionalism and kindness. He was punctual, friendly, and even assisted with our luggage. We thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends for any short stay. The perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Close to airport (although transfer to airport seemed a bit pricey to me: €17).

1. Lady at the desk could have been more welcoming with my brother that was dropping me off at the hotel for check in. To my surprise, she was quite “offended” by his request to use the lobby restrooms. Is this reaction even acceptable in this industry!? 2. Bathroom (at least) in room 104 needs some updating (e.g. there is visible rust in shower cabin). However, it was functional and could manage well.
