The rooms were great - we took two rooms and both were amazing. The price was excellent. It is very close to the airport which is both good and bad - the bad thing is that the sound of airplanes can be a bit too much sometimes. I know this area quite well, so I was not unpleasantly surprised by the horrible traffic going on in this part of Belgrade or the poor infrastructure. This area also feels like a little China and sometimes you feel you are in China - the Chinese people here don't speak any Serbian nor English, but they communicate via apps. Right next to the hotel there is a great Chinese restaurant - both a takeaway and a place you can sit and eat. This is a great thing. Coffee downstairs is really good. It is so much better than what you get anywhere in the city (or almost anywhere). The rooms are spatious, the terraces are big. Really good!

The sound of airplanes taking off or landing (very close to the airport). The area is not the best (it is bad - but I know it so it was not a surprise).

The appartment is easy to find and the location is great for sleep-over at the airport. The furniture is new and the appartment is nice, the parking is great, free of charge and with security cameras. There is a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.

The bathroom in the appartment is older and could use some a bit of an up-grade. Because of the airport nearby it is a bit louder, you can hear the planes flighing over the building. The appartment didn't have any cuttlery and kitchen amenities, but we got 2 pans and 2 bowls after asking for it. It would have been ok if we were around Belgrade whole days, but after falling sick and spending almost the whole week at the appartment.... I did miss the kitchen amenities and a nice bath.... but the jacuzzi didn't work.

Super host who does everything for you! Rooms amazing for the price, excellent breakfast, best rides with the hotel service car. And available almost 24/7 for us! The best place to stay at belgrad! We loved it!

The room was spacious, clean, and warm, the bed was really comfy!! Located close to the airport and New Belgrade with a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within 500-600m from the apartments. You can tell the quality of a place by the way the staff acts and I must commend the staff here for being super helpful always smiling and friendly! I would highly recommend and will definatly be staying here again on my future trips to Belgrade.

To be honest I had no issues at all with the room and was more than happy with everything on this trip. If i really had to cherry pick on something maybe one of the wall plugs that was loose...:D

We already slept here once last year, everything went well.

For some reason the driver who was supposed to pick up my parents from the airport, was not there, that’s not the problem because they called a taxi, but they called the reception several times and they did not pick up the phone at all. Good thing they had their car keys with them and didn’t leave it with the receptionist…..

The property was easy to find and the keys were in the open room doors upon my arrival. The place was super lowkey and no stress and the room as lovely! There was a little supermarket very close and the room had a kitchen so I had a lovely dinner in the room.

The beautiful marble floors in the bathroom were very cold. But that is really my only complaint and I am sure they would feel lovely in Summer.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, we asked for an iron and they provided it for us the next day. There was a lot of storage space for luggage. The kitchen was big and well equipped although we did not use it much (we did not cook). The air-conditioning worked very well and although we were close to the airport you could not hear anything from the outside when the windows were closed.

The bathroom style looked a little older compared to the kitchen/ bedroom. There is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage up to the room.

Easy check-in. They let me keep my bicycle in the basement. The front desk guy helped me use the bus. There is a new payment system for the bus which locals use by paying with their phone accounts/credit. It makes it hard for tourists to pay for tickets as kiosks which sell bus tickets are becoming rare. Multiple locals told me it is an issue that needs to be solved. The front desk guy bought a bus ticket for me through his phone and forwarded me the confirmation in case the transit police were on the bus asking for proof of payment.

I really liked comfy beds, cleanliness and kind staff!

Courtains can't be closed 100%. No matter how you rearrange them, there is 5% of light which shines from outside. Not neccessary a drawback but good to know for future guests: my apartment didn't have the dishes and cutlery (despite having large kitchen). If you'll need those, check with staff if they can provide it for you.

The accommodation was very close to the airport, and they arranged for a driver to pick us up. Our flight was delayed, but it wasn’t a problem—the driver waited for us. The place is beautiful and clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again and highly recommend it.
