The hotel is close to the airport (about 5 minutes by car), and it's a nice place to have rest between the flights. This isn't the first time we stayed there, and we'll likely come again. The room was clean and spacy, the Wi-Fi worked well, food delivery works in the area. We asked for the transfer from the airport and back, and it was provided in time.

There was no restaurant (but food delivery works). The area around the hotel is dull and not meant for walking at all, but this is because these are airport surroundings. :)

Close to the airport and rooms are spacious - great for short stay during connection between flights. 24/7 desk is very convenient for arrivals at night. Also it’s great that airport transfer is provided and can be easily paid at the checkin desk. Good shower, comfortable bed.

WiFi in our room wasn’t working, probably because the room was remote (end of the corridor; floor2 ), I’d recommend installing additional Wi-Fi routers for better coverage for all rooms

A huge apartment with 2 bedrooms, nice pictures on the walls and everything needed, including bathroom kits (toothbrush, toothpaste etc). You can order food delivery late in the evening, though their own restaurant closed early.

The hotel is not that close to the airport. I decided to walk, and it was nearly 3 km via poorly lit suburban roads. (Luckily, in case it's a problem, they have their own driver to help you with your transfer.)

I really liked the hotel — I've stayed here more than once during layovers. The location is super close to the airport. The breakfast is tasty and good, with a beautiful view of planes taking off. The staff is very friendly, and I’d like to thank them! I'm 8 months pregnant, and after checking out, I still had a few hours to wait for my connecting flight, which is quite hard in my condition. The staff kindly allowed me to stay in the room a bit longer. I’m very grateful! Wishing you continued success! I highly recommend this hotel. It's a great option for layovers if you're not planning to go into the city center.

Vicinity to the airport is great - I had a super early flight out of Belgrade and I was really concerned about airport transfer at 4:00 AM (and i could not afford Hilton etc rates). I choose to stay at AirStar for the short transfer, which I guessed to be reliable this being an airport hotel. The taxi ride took less than 5 mins. I paid EUR 20 for the transfer, and some reviews complain about this. However, I imagined the taxi fare to be a part of the overall room rate, and in my mind this then makes it an all right value for an airport hotel. Hotel Airstar offers efficient, business style rooms. Good WiFi.

Lack of food and drink options in the hotel and its direct vicinity (advice: eat in Belgrade before), And the bathroom had a bit of a funny smell (but it was clean).

Very nice place, superb room, bathroom, bed, size, but was a bit hard to find after getting off bus. Lovely lad on reception sorted out my incorrectly-booked date, very patient, polite and professional.

I requested a very late check-out (17:00), asked how much it would be (I expected to pay), but lad said he would sort it out implying free, but was charged 20 Euros, which I was not to perturbed about, just the implication he would sort out with his manager. Had local bloke/taxi take me from hotel as arranged, seemed a bit expensive at 20 Euros for not to long a trip. Nice hotel made up for those couple of things though.

Good overnight hotel for stay if you have a connection in Belgrade. Very clean, near to the airport and quite good for the money. Breakfast was also included, it wasn't so good (I can't recommend their sausages) but worth it for the money. The hotel isn't big, placed in a countryside area, but both Yandex Taxi drivers (from the airport, and to the airport) found the hotel without problems. 24h desk is also a good option.

Some smell from the bathroom. It wasn't something you can can't sleep with (and if you close the door to bathroom it's not go out of it), but it does not leave a very pleasant feeling when you enter the bathroom.

I needed a place close to the airport for a night. It was not as close as I had thought and walking to it from the airport probably wasn't a great idea. Situated in what appears to be a sort of suburban China Town the hotel is close to the airport, but not so easy to get to. Very friendly helpful English speaking staff. Room I had was huge with its own balcony. Bathroom by contrast was on the small side but functional. Breakfast was basic but adequate even foe a vegan, plenty of good fruit unlike the usual plasticky hotel fruit. There is a reasonably frequent bus service close to the hotel that goes to the city or to the airport (you do need the Belgrade Travel App though as all tickets are electronic only).

There was a bewildering array of switches for lights, water heater, aircon etc in the room, labelling might have been useful, I worked it out but it wasn't straightforward. Breakfast was fine, except for the "toast" bread which has to be the saddest I've ever met, Serbia has some very good bread, this was not it.

Value for money, enormous room with 2 separate bedrooms, everything was modern, closeness to Belgrade airport. Extremely helpful staff, especially the desk clerk who checked us in early in the morning, his shift was actually over but had no problem helping us, a credit to the hotel. Airport seemed to stop flights around 1 a.m. - you can certainly hear the planes taking off before that time but that doesn’t bother me.

The reception toilets were very dirty , like hasn’t been clean properly, ( bin , walls , etc ) also we found some long hair in our rooms shower very unpleasant so the room was clean but not the shower properly . As hotel is very near to airport difficult to find a taxi Hotel wants to chance 20 € for a 7 min ride and as we were having a few bags might not fit in an small car then wants to charge 30€ on way . Very expensive
