Exceeded expectations! The hotel really went above and beyond. The free airport shuttle was easy to find, and it picked us up super quickly. Сheck-in was smooth and pleasant – the staff member was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, with cosy robes and lovely curtains. Shower pressure and water temperature were both spot on. Breakfast was delicious – a decent variety, and everything we tried was tasty. The Greek yoghurt, in particular, was a standout!

Adding a ramp at the entrance would make it easier to roll suitcases instead of carrying them up the steps. Given the hotel is located close to the airport and offers a shuttle service, it would just make sense. That said, a kind staff member helped us with our luggage, so it wasn’t an issue at all in the end.

I didn’t even plan to stay here, I missed my connecting flight and ended up in Belgrade at night. I just needed a place to sleep, so I booked this hotel without any expectations, but it absolutely exceeded them! First of all, they offer a shuttle from the airport, which was a huge help — no need to search for a taxi in an unfamiliar city. Second, the hotel is brand new: very clean, super comfortable, and every little detail is thoughtfully designed. I travel a lot, and this place genuinely surprised me. It’s true hospitality. Highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing! But just a note: if I’m not mistaken, they don’t provide breakfast.

I stayed one night in this hotel and everything was great. Everything was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, everyone was friendly. There is an option to order Asian food and they will deliver it to your room and the food was delicious! (chicken with rice and vegetables + soap, cost about 18 euros) The bed was very comfortable to sleep on, I slept great. You don't have to worry about showering, you have everything there, plus slippers if you forgot your own. There is an option for transportation to the airport, but the airport is close so you can walk a little bit to the bus station and wait for the bus number 72 (it goes every 20-30 minutes directly to the airport)

Cutlery, with a wooden and flat spoon it is difficult to eat the soup, but it is not that scary. 😂

It's the perfect airport hotel! Incredibly clean, easy to order delicious food to the room, nice shower and bed, quiet and no fuss check-in and convenient airport transfer. One of the best transit hotels I've ever stayed in!

If I had to look for a drawback only thing would be that getting there with the taxi from Belgrade was a bit pricey (make sure you double check the tariff with the driver, 1,2 or 3) and slightly creepy as it is in airport area so pretty sparsely populated.

The finish of the property was fantastic, not what you would expect from the area or the outside. The reception smelt amazing and the staff we dealt with, was very efficient and helpful. The room was nicely appointed with a coffee machine and complimentary water. The amenities in the bathroom were Rituals, which is a well known luxury brand. The bedding and linens were all hotel name branded which felt very luxe.

The shower was TINY, appreciate it fitted the room size but it was so, so small. We had originally been told we would have a breakfast package available for our 5am departure but this wasn’t available or mentioned. We didn’t want to wake up some poor soul to make us some food at 5am so didn’t mention this when we left.

Pleasant, stres- free stay. The hotel staff registers your arrival with your passports and hands your passports back to you. They do not hold your passports until you checkout, as is the practice of many former Yugoslavia hotels. Everything was of good quality and brand new, in a very quiet neighbourhood. The night staff informed us the last plane activity is 12AM midnight, and no planes will use the airport until 6AM, which we witnessed firsthand with a pleasant quite hotel room. The Belgrade airport is not that busy and the plane noise was not too loud, even with the window open. Any requests that we had, was fulfilled immediately and done so with more than one staff member, if need be. The biggest bonus to this hotel is that it is part of the airport neighbourhood, so there was no worries of city traffic with the hotel’s shuttle service. They do have limited outdoor and underground parking, but there is also room to park on the very quiet, non-busy street. When we departed the hotel, it was like an Aaron Spelling Fantasy Island departure episode; whereby, the hotel manager stood outside waving goodbye to their guests :)

An extra hotel card key for each of the registered occupants would have been helpful. The hotel room key security slot holder located by the front door was difficult to understand and explain to others.

Super clean boutique hotel. Very close to their airport. Fantastic spot if you’d like to be closer to the airport for an overnight flight or short stay. It’s very modern, has everything you need, rooms a very cozy and did I say l loved how CLEAN the bathrooms and rooms are?! I also really appreciate it the free huddle. They picked us up and dropped us off in the middle of the night for a 6:00AM nobody does that in Belgrade. So that was absolutely TOP service!

Everything was great.

The hotel is fairly new and in excellent condition. It is located close to the airport Nikola Tesla in Belgrade. The hotel provides both pickup and drop off service free of charge which is a big advantage. Room and bathroom are quite adequate for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast since we had an early flight, but on the previous visit we did have one, and it was satisfactory.

Hotel is located in residential area far away from shops and restaurants. However, they offer food delivery from two restaurants in the area (Chinese or Serbian food).

Brand new and very clean hotel. Decorated with taste, tables and chairs made of natural full wood. The bed was comfortable and the carpet on the floor of the room was new and clean, pleasant and soft to walk on. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was rich and delicious. The coffee was of a good quality, freshly brewed. There was a free transfer from/to the airport. The owner was helpful and friendly.

The closest restaurants are 15 minutes of walk away. I suppose one can order the food delivery though. It would be convenient if the hotel would have a restaurant.

Nice staff. Beautiful property. Free airport shuttles. Free breakfast.

Shower tiles. Very very slippery. Hotel use polished wall tiles as flooring throughout hallway and shower/bathroom floors therefore created a dangerous slip hazard if you have someone who is prone to slipping (kids, elders). Even as a 40-y/o M, I had to watch how I was walking after a shower yet alone my 3 toddlers don’t enter while the steam created a wet slippery surface.
