Since I travel a lot during certain parts of the year and use the booking platform the most, I realized that there is often an imbalance between the people I communicate with and who represent the accommodation and actually the feeling in the accommodation during the stay. In this case, I was glad to see that everything was in perfect balance. Simple and very informative communication, without the possibility of something being unclear to you and the feeling in the accommodation, which I would describe as: Peaceful, quiet, comfortable and worth more than the price we paid. A warm recommendation from our side.

Lovely balcony with table and chairs. Very spacious room. Good air conditioning. Lots of space for the whole family. Towels and bedding provided. Really clean. Easy check in and check out. Excellent value. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.

The shower and TV were a little tricky to work and the glass table top was missing from the balcony.

It was very close to the Ada shopping mall and the city center wasn‘t far away at all. Our room was very clean with bed sheets, pillows and towels smelling nice and fresh. The common kitchen area had all the necessary supplies if you‘d like to have a nice cup of coffee or tea which we enjoyed in our cute balcony. We quickly felt like home thanks to the owner Vladimir‘s super friendly welcome. He was quick to response, always ready to help with all our questions. If we visit Belgrade again, we‘ll definitely come back here. Thanks for everything!

The host Vladimir was extremely helpful and immediately reacted to the issues that were identified and communicated to him. For example, the water didn't go though in the shower, and Vladimir resolved this issue. Also, complimentary coffee was so convenient in the morning!

The host Vladimir is an amazing person. He is very helpful and welcoming. I sincerely recommend this place. We felt like at home.

Although not an important issue, room door opens/closes with pass codes. Card system could be better in terms of security.

Location is great, the host Vladimir super friendly and helpful for anything we needed. Coffee supply is unlimited and of a super quality (real freshly ground coffee), also bottled drinking water available in the common kitchen area.

Very friendly receptionist. Very stylish, there is a place where you can prepare breakfast or dinner, you can use the coffee machine, there is a water cooler. It is possible to check in with a dog.

There is one drawback and there was a cockroach found in the mv room in the morning.

Apartment was comfortable. Carpet could use some cleaning. Nice balcony. Great place for an overnight stay.

The carpet had some staining and was a little worn. Otherwise, it was very clean.

The host was very pleasent, room were clean and comfortable, ac was working good while outside was 38 celcius. I also liked the coffe machine and water fountain which always had cold water for hot summer days.
