The arrival at the location was straightforward. It does not matter if you arrive in Belgrade by car, intercity bus, or airport; public transportation can take you a few minutes from your room. Just be sure to download the "Moovit" application. If you take a taxi, which I do not recommend as the price is steep, it can take you to the front door. Since our transport was late, we asked them to move our check-in time from 22 to 23 hours, and they gladly did it. When we arrived, we were met by the polite reception staff who informed us about paying (it needs to be cash, be mindful) complimentary coffee and rakija (that we skipped). They took us to our room, A-5, and we managed to see how neat everything was. The location is a bit outside of Belgrade center, a quiet place, and the best thing is that the center is just a ten-ish min bus ride. Probably the best thing was the bed. We slept peacefully on a memory foam mattress and pillow combo! The kitchenette was fully equipped for making breakfast or even lunch. Overall, we will stay here more often when we need to stay a few nights in Belgrade!

There is little to add here, as none of those things are crucial to giving a bad mark. The few things that did catch our eyes and that we, personally, did not like and think could be further improved. There are no mosquito nets, not just in the bathroom; there are no nets anywhere. If you want to open your windows due to humidity from showering or to ventilate, be sure to lower the blinds, or you will share a room with a few spiders, ladybugs, or mosquitoes. The fan in the bathroom did not work, so we used spare towels to clean excess water from the shower and kept the window open during the night. Also, one thing you should remember is to bring your own hotel slippers, as there were none in the room. We will get one pair next time we visit.

The room was good, small, but enough for one night. The best thing was a yard, that you can close and you feel safe. we came with a dog, he felt nice that we could play together in the yard :) Bed was comfy

- the room smells like cigarettes, I couldn't sleep because of this smell...but there was ashtray, so I think it;s allowed to smoke inside... - it will be nice to have private parking - I can't say that it was clean

Excellent hotel in quiet environment within a sports and tennis centre. Although some 6km from centre, numerous bus routes are 5 minutes walk away, including bus 491 direct to centre. Parking on site. Hotel has rooms in annex as well as in main building. Variation in rooms, some having kitchen facilities, but all having first class large jakuzi bath and selection of toiletries.. Good wi-fi. Room A8 in annex was large, clean and comfortable, but sparsly furnished with large clean and comfortable double bed, table and stools, 4 coat hooks (no wardrobe).

No credit cards - only cash T.V. had 50 channels but only 12 would pick up a signal, all local channels. Particular room had generator outside which started and stopped every minute. Although not noticeable in daytime was somewhat disturbing when getting up in night. Would certainly return in spite of minor negative comments.

We had a wonderful weekend at Rooms Green Set - from the welcome drinks and to the jacuzzi on the terrace with a nice view. There was also a memorial park nearby to walk around and to get a bit of a break from the city’s hustle and bustle. They also have tennis courts, so it is possible to play tennis right there. Overall really enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend it

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Belgrade! It's, without a doubt, one of the best places you can choose for your stay in the city. The staff was fantastic, and the overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

While staying at this hotel, I did notice some harmless insects on the balcony and in the room. However, I understand that the hotel is located in a natural setting, and such encounters can be expected. It didn't detract from my overall positive experience.

Fresh, clean, comfortable rooms with good WiFi, easy parking, friendly receptionist, and an excellent jakuzzi type bath. Although some distance from the centre there are numerous frequent bus services a five minute walk away which connect to tramway system to the centre. Situated in a tennis centre in a quiet and peaceful location.

No credit cards taken. The large modern t.v. only had a small selection of local channels, with no foreign channels. Sports channels on the system could not be accessed, showing 'no cam module'.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel, clean room and great service from the staff. We stayed for a week and I can't complain about anything, very affordable, clean and friendly. We want to especially thank Katarina for all her help at everything we needed!

It would be very convenient to add a closet in the room for extra space

Pretty and warm cabin, comfortable mattress, parking available, jacuzzi, friendly staff, clean bathroom, 10-15 min drive to IKEA and outlet mall

Snow wasn't cleaned from road and parking, steep hill from reception to road (if you have a suitcase), dust and collected in heater, a bit far from downtown

We liked cleanliness and comfort the most, the jacuzzi and sauna were very pleasant bonus too! Internet was good. Definitely we will come back again!

It was season of some flying stinky bugs that somehow found way to enter the room. That's the only negative experience we had.

I was able to hear someone having... fun in the other room one night, but I guess it was more about them being loud than the walls being too thin. Other than that, it wasn't 100% perfect, but no problems worthy of attention considering the price.
