The hotel is located approximately 30 minutes by foot from the city center. The room we stayed at was extremely spacious and very lux, and the air conditioning is great, you can adjust the temperature or completely turn it off. The breakfast was nice, a buffet, there were a lot of options to choose from.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

The area of its situation, the interior design, the generous in-room amenities, as well as hospitality of the front desk personnel.

At present, there is no wellness hub. Supposedly, it’s being set up for spring/early summer of 2025. The whole experience would have been even more remarkable had we had access to gym/spa.

Very comfortable stay in a modern, well-equipped room. Everything was clean and thoughtfully designed. The highlight was the excellent breakfast — varied, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in Serbia! We have come to Arsenal Fest and the location of the hotel let us come to the venue just in 5 minutes by car. The room was big and clean-with two TVs and both the jacuzzi and shower. The breakfast a-la-carte was amazingly tasty and abundant! The staff is very welcoming!

We were woken up in the morning by the sounds of the works in the room above us. It was not very pleasant but it was time for the breakfast anyway.

Beautiful modern room with wonderful accommodations (jacuzzi and tv, which we didn’t have pleasure to watch due to wedding that we were attending). Wonderful breakfast and the staff was great. Highly recommend. Thank you.. Hvala

Everything was great, the hotel is nice, the staff are on hand and pleasant, rooms are clean and modern, and the food is pretty good.

Location a bit, since we were coming for a festival, I though it is a bit closer to the city center, but this is on us - we didn’t check it better. All in all would stay there again. :)

There was renovation going on in our floor and some of the appliances in the room weren’t placed yet (minibar and telephone)

Best hotel in Kragujevac. It's the second time there and it's perfect if you have to go to university, 3 minutes away walking. I had the biggest room I ever seen (1st floor). There was living room with couch and comfy chairs, flat tv screen and mini bar. The toilet was tiny but it was because there was a big Jacuzzi. The room was huge, the closet was big and there were a lot od towels. In the bedroom there was another flat tv screen, a desk and a little shoe place. Me and my colleague had the room close to amother so we had even the balcony almost for us. The iron service for clothes is wonderful and at breakfast they give you big portion of what you order. There is one waiter who speaks english almost perfectly, I'm sorry I don't remember his name. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from downtown and taxi come in just couple of minutes (and they're very cheap). I'll be in Kragujevac again and I will absolutely be at Zeneva Lux again

The staff doesn't speak english at all, except for one waiter. By the way they try to help you in every way. This time i found bedsheets dirty, and cigarettes holes on the couch in my room. That's why i can't give a full 10, even if I would so. It was a very good time, I hope it will be the best next time.
