This was my third time at this wonderful hotel! I feel like being at home. I commend all the staff, starting with receptionists professionalism, warm welcome, answering all the questions and friendly all the time. Housekeeping is also excellent, keeping place spotless, laundry service is fast and efficient, while always being friendly and helpful. Hotel has an awesome location, with plenty facilities inside/outside for cocktails and dinning with variety of tasty foods. Complimentary breakfast are always top of the line with fresh variety. Turist is definetely a place to be to enjoy the beautiful town Kraljevo or surrounding historic places, and many churches and well known spas.

I apsolutely loved everything. Staff figured it out how to connect, work together and as a result guest gets great benefits.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip to Serbia. The location was perfect. Ideal for a short-term stay. A significant advantage is the hotel's own parking lot behind the building, which is free for guests. Finding free parking in downtown can be quite challenging, so this was a real benefit.

Friendly helpful staff, very clean and comfortable, every facility, in heart of city, balcony overlooking square and monument, excellent breakfast. Easy free parking. Good Wi-fi and multi- channel t.v.

Breakfast ,no smoking rule in hotel

Was given a room where the air conditioning did not work,it was very hot, had to move to another room. So instead of two night i stayed one night, staff never told me about massage center on premises until few hrs from checking out, staff never came up to look at an issue i called about.When I tried to leave I waited but had to get out of my car and walk to the lobby to ask the staff to open the gate so I can exit the premises, as they monitor the tv screen, staff was just chatting there.The elevator was very slow. TV size was small and room furniture was old.The place is way overpriced

Breakfast was ok, nothing too great as it's advertized, but far from bad. SPA in the holte, although not part of the hotel and different company, is actually great, as you can rent private sauna and whole body massage for very cheap price (2h sauna + massage around 40e). Room was basic, bathroom could use more useful things like shampoos and shower gels. There was shampoo, but not shower gel, apart from built in thing in the shower cabin, which is who knows what inside. Overall good value for money.

Clean, tranquil, relatively new. The breakfast is simple but not scarce. The SPA treatments are affordable (even the sauna has an extra cost). The room was big and comfortable.
