Room size and overall look is great. Also all our requests were fulfilled asap.

The studio was in a new very modern building, well equipped, with a very nice design and in a very good location, close to restaurants, attractions and the slopes (if you come during winter season). The man at the reception was very helpful showing us to the underground parking space and the room.

It would have been perfect but for one thing: we needed to use the sofa for our kid to sleep and the sheets that were in the closet seemed used. And one more thing that was not that bad: even though I filtered the search for free parking, it seems the underground parking space was 15 euro.

Great place! We loved the proximity of the apartment to the ski tracks. Their ski room is at Hotel Grand which made it even more convenient to get on and off the tracks. The apartment is spacious and clean. The design is minimal but still in the ski mountain style. There is a garage and it is very easy to access to. The staff was nice and hospitable. Also the spa although small was really great. After a long ski day you really need only a sauna and shower.

Everything was fine really. Maybe the kitchen could have more utensils? And we would have loved to have some extra sheets and towels in the closet. Everything else was great!

Woodside is newly built aparthotel, modern, minimalistic design with generous superb space beautifully designed. I particularly enjoyed the arrangements of light and on other side big windows with lot of beautiful natural light. Beds and extremely comfortable and there are all amenities for cooking. Our balcony was huge and private. we were able to sunbathe and enjoy oour teas and coffees whist immersed in the sunset (or sunrise). Balcony was facing the nearby woods and we were lucky to regularly enjoy the sound of the small mountain river and observe the dears passing by. Although the building is very central (i.e. 2 min to the shops, pharmacies, restaurants, GP surgery, bus stop et cetera) it is still its very peaceful. Only on one night very loud and annoying music was coming from the hotel nearbuy. However, we were overwhelmed by hospitality and staff were very caring and patient and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. For example, I broke two coffee machines during our stay and they have just replied them immediately. Anything that we needed, the provided at speed , so we were able to completely relax. We were very sad to leave this heaven on earth.

Everything was absolutely brilliant

Spacious studio with a huge, comfy bed and a minimal kitchen area. Great sound isolation — despite having a family with an infant next door, we didn’t hear a single cry.

Some utilities could use maintenance: the faucet in the bathroom is leaking from the sides, and there’s some mold in the shower. Also, there’s no interior lock on the door and no “Do Not Disturb” sign, which led to a strange incident — a staff member opened the door while we were sleeping.

Everything was phenomenal for a summer stay. We especially liked the furnishings and huge bathroom, which is important when travelling with a baby. The terrace is the crown of the apartment - we had sightings of baby foxes and baby deer from there :)

Just a little suggestion for terrace chairs, those would be amazing. Unfortunately, there was some construction waste outside the building that ruined our view, but that is out of the property owner's agency.

The spacious and comfortable apartment, decorated in a pleasant and stylish type. It is situated “in the centre of the world” (in the centre of skiing and after skiing Kopaonik activities). The manager - Đorđe, does his best to accommodate his guests, thanks a lot, we were greatly satisfied with his assistance: late check-out, keeping our belongings even after checkout, an information about the neighbourhood, and always in an easy reaching by the phone 🙏👍 The apartment has a big and stylish bathroom with a big good boiler 👌, big and comfortable bed 🛌, and what is very important for the good rest - a silence at a night time (here I mean, that there are no any disturbing sounds from the pubs, caffès, and other Kopaonik nightlife).

Not enough kitchen utensils to prepare your meal, even fried eggs 🍳 This wasn’t a problem for us, I don’t like cooking on my vacation), but maybe it is important for other travelers. But there are: a capsule coffee machine and capsules for it; a kettle; a refrigerator; a slab; and even a small grill; a lot of plates, cups, glasses, wineglasses, cutlery.

Good location, quite but super close to piste and everything. Clean and nice rooms, pleasant sauna area.

The staff was somewhat off. There is a guy in the reception, but for whatever we asked, he could not help us, but had to call some Georgio. The receptionist could not check us in, let us pay the tourist tax, take our luggage to store, or return it to us (which our taxi waiting). So we always have to wait for everything 15 minutes until Geogrio arrives. I think the whole experience at the reception needs improvement.

Clean, very nice interior of the apartment, ski rental with lockers is the best!

Almost no pedestrian approach to the property - stairs to the Main Street are ruined, if you are with baby, you can’t use sledges or any baby carriage to go to the Main Street or center. Facilities does have a reception desk but since it is not a hotel, almost no use for it. Spa center is nothing than a sauna… no other services there…

Super clean, spacious apartment, everything was super comfortable. Amenities in the apartment were more than enough for a couple of days stay. Interior design is 10/10!

Spa was not working even though it was promoted as it did work, so maybe more information about the off season in Kopaonik and what is closed temporarily would be great.
