The hotel is located very close to promenade, it's well-insulated, modern and newly furnished. The pool isn't big, but it's a decent size for a cool-down swim. The spa is small but has all facilities and you get to use it in a private session.

Be careful when booking a room; not all rooms are deluxe. They initially gave us a standard room, which is smaller, calming that all rooms are deluxe and only different in size. When we asked to be moved to a bigger room like the one in the photos, they agreed to the transfer after some initial reluctance. Also, the rooms aren't cleaned every day, only if you explicitly ask for them to be.

Beautifully renovated, nice and quiet in a lovely little spot. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with all questions and requests. It was super hot (40 degrees Celsius) a couple of days during our stay and the air conditioning handled it perfectly! There’s no room service or dining on site which was sometimes tricky for us with our toddler but the connected restaurant is very close and happily did takeaway for us to have by the pool when needed. Free onsite parking was also appreciated!

Poor communication between the staff of the two villas! We previously requested the use of the spa center (such are Emilia Lux's villas) which is located in the other villa, but nevertheless the wellness center was not working!!! Very poor internal noise isolation! Even the slightest noise from the neighboring rooms and the corridor can be heard, which is very annoying!!! Very often the card (key) of the room did not unlock and we had to go to the reception to upgrade it! Disgusting and very dirty room terraces! The towels in the rooms are not changed every day! None of the staff at the reception informed us that as guests of the hotel we have a 10% discount at Emilia Lux's restaurant!

I thought the building itself was gorgeous. The pool was super nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff, in particular Marina, was AMAZING. She organized a bed for our baby. She was so nice and understanding and helpful. I would go there again just because I know she would take care of us and make sure our experience is a good one.

Nothing really. If I am being picky.... It looks like they are still working on renovating the place (as there are a couple things missing here and there, e.g., breakfast is still not served inside the hotel, you have to go down to the villa instead, but it is not far; our bathroom did not have a door/glass in the shower etc.), which is why I gave a slightly lower rating. Coming to the hotel, we had a hard time finding it, as the road is being built leading to the hotel and the signs were saying not to drive through there, which was a bit confusing. Finding parking was also a bit tough as we came on a Saturday, but from what I understand, other days are better in that regard.

The hotel is new, very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A good selection for breakfast and the waiters were very accommodating with our requests.

Our bed was comfortable but would have liked a choice of pillows, soft and hard. Wish there was a kiddies pool that was separate as it was a little too noisy at times.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Emilia and was thoroughly impressed! Its location is ideal, being close to the main street, making everything easily accessible. The rooms are not only spacious but also impeccably clean and have a fresh, new feel to them. The staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and genuine friendliness. The restaurant is a delightful surprise with its delicious offerings, all priced reasonably. Considering the excellent quality of amenities and service, the cost of the stay is incredibly well-priced. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Emilia to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

Really big room, good bed. Proper shutters on the windows! Balcony. Close to the promenade. Great staff - reception helped me out when workmen dug up the road immediately outside the exit from the hotel car park! Private parking.

Aircon louder than a jet taking off. Deciding to do very noisy works (hammering) inside the building at 0750 in the morning. No shower curtain or door. Btw, not a criticism but Google maps can't find the hotel properly. It shows its road (Heroja Čajke) as not connected up but it is!

Air-conditioning was out of order, there's no garbage 🗑️ in the room, view from our room on first floor was on the street behind the hotel.

Balcony design is at least bizarre. Deluxe double room have 2 balconies and each of them is so small that it's just for one person? Approaching the parking place could be tricky if the road is icy.

Good and comfortable hotel in Vrnjačka Banja, near the Promenada (1 min), spacious room, Wi-Fi, TV set, safe. Has a pool outside the hotel. Included 1 hour of spa in nearest building for guests. Recommend.
