We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel, not in the apartments. The hotel is clean, cozy, warm in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and bright. Cleaning is on request or every 2-3 days. If you need anything you can let the front desk know and it will be taken care of immediately, this was in our case. Staff both hotel and restaurant very friendly. The food in the morning is swedish buffet but diversified and tasty, in the evening for those who have half board, there is a la carte from a menu preselected by the restaurant staff, but there are sufficient and tasty choices. The hotel spa is not very big but it fulfills the necessary conditions for relaxation after a day of skiing. The hotel is about 6 km away from the ski slopes, but you can easily reach it by private car or there is an hourly bus service which stops right in front of the hotel.

Sometimes you can smell the sewage in the bathroom, but on the good side there are windows and you can air it out.

Great hotel. The restaurant was very good although dinner had kind of limited choices. Breakfast was excellent for skiers. They should serve it a little earlier for those who want to be first on the slopes. Spa and wellness area were excellent. It s a ten minute drive from the main ski lifts, but you can leave your equipment at a rental shop near the slopes free of charge.

There is no coat hanger in the room although there are many walls that could be used for it. Also, since there s no law forbidding smoking in common areas, everybody was smoking in the restaurant. We had friends in our group who were smokers and went outside for a cigarette, but all the other hotel guests were smoking inside...

Srebrena Planina Spa & Resort is highly recommended. The room was all new and spacy, good clean bathroom, great bed and mattress, quiet with a balcony looking over to the forest. The Spa facilities exceeded expectations with a good size pool, fantastic sauna, good steam room, salt room and a warm pool. The hotel restaurant offered great breakfast but was also a good choice for lunch or dinner. The location is 10 min drive from Kopaonik centre, hotel parking was free. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Srebrena Planina Spa & Resort is a place to return.

Amazing breakfast with a lot of options to choose from, really delicious meals with quality ingredients and staff was pretty cool. Quite warm since it had floor heating and you could regulate based on your needs. The SPA was also quite good and clean.

There were a lot of children in the SPA relax zone who were causing noise and opening sauna/steam room doors so that's something that should be handled in a better way. Another thing that I was missing was some kind of hanger in the room to put your jackets on as well as a hanger where you can put your wet clothes so they can dry out.

We had an amazing four day vacation at this hotel. It was perfectly clean, cozy and very well located. The staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly to us and our small children. They provided exceptional service throughout our stay and made us feel welcome and at home. We highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience.

My stay at SREBRNA PLANINA Spa & Resort was a true delight. The spacious Superior Suite with its mountain-view balcony, soundproof walls, and flat-screen TV provided a comfortable and luxurious escape. The highlight was the excellent breakfast spread and complimentary access to the Spa Center, adding a touch of pampering to an already wonderful experience. The playground for the kids was in the area of the complex. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I got a brand new room with everything unused and packed. the room was literally set up in front of me. The food was quite good and the menu was diverse. good selection of local wines

the massage session, the therapist is young and polite but quite inexperienced and does not have the slightest of clue on how to massage.

Exceptional staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. The waiters were always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. They are very kind and wonderful people. It was clear that they genuinely cared about doing their job well. The reception managers assisted us with everything. Even the hotel manager, despite being very serious, was extremely helpful. Thank you very much! Since we were traveling with a small child and there was no stove in the room, they kindly provided one upon our request. Convenient parking. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We are very satisfied.

The only downside we didn’t like was that communication regarding the reservation through Booking was not maintained. For a month, we did not receive a single response from the manager, who, as it turned out, was somewhere in Belgrade. Even afterward, there was no response.

Mister Goran and Mister Aleksa are very kind and quick to help you solve any problem. The parking lot is large and very safe. I stayed for 6 days. I had a very nice vacation with an absolute treat
