This was our second stay in this beautiful and exceptional property with the bonus of being ski to door. The staff are just wonderful, service is above and beyond expectations - friendly, courteous and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we were very well looked after by everyone. The food and drinks are wonderful, the atmosphere in the bar is lovely whilst the view from the dining room adjacent to the slopes enhances the fine dining experience on offer there. Cannot wait to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grey Hotel in Kopaonik! This gorgeous hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal for a restful night's sleep. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and the fresh, cool air only added to our restful sleep. The hotel has recently expanded, with a new addition opening in December 2023, and everything feels fresh and modern. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept us full for the rest of the day. The staff were all polite, helpful, and nearly everyone spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Grey Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kopaonik. We can’t wait to return!

The only issue we encountered during our stay was the strong perfume scent that appeared to be vented into the rooms. It was a bit overwhelming, particularly for anyone sensitive to smells.

The staff was beyond friendly, early check-in facilitated so promptly - we were in our room 2mins upon arriving to the hotel and on the slopes by 10am. The bellboys, spa team, the guys at the ski rental were all incredibly helpful and no ask was too big. Room was clean. Unfortunately, the weather was a disaster and ski experience very poor but nothing to do with the hotel. I appreciated the fact you could charge ski rental to your room and buy ski pass in lobby.

The TV in our room was very small - we had a corner room overlooking the slope with a small window that made a larger screen almost impossible. Quality of the bath amenities could be MUCH better, it felt very 3 star to be honest. Head rest in Spa was not comfortable for an extended period of time. A few details are needed to bring the overall experience to 10/10.

Great location, good size room and very nicely decorated. The staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. Food was of a high standard and very tastey. The view from the main restaurant/lobby bar was probably the best in the the area, especially sunset. Loved the fact the staff made an effort to help some small cute stray puppies. We will definitely stay again

Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

The kids playground and swimming pool were not working, even on Booking is written that is open. So not all activities from the advert you can use. I understand that now is not the season but at least update what hotel facilities are open and what you can use

This hotel is an example how everything can be fitted well with mountain vibe , with touch of pure luxury . Rooms are clean and big , all in wood so gives you that feeling of a warm home. Stuff was always smiling and ready to jump in every situation , for all of your wishes. ❤️

I expected a bigger pool area

Best location in front of lift. Staff extremely polite and competent. New hotel, good facilities. Not so crowded which is a plus.

Don’t have domestic Serbian coffee and fresh fruits in menu!
