Staff is very nice and helpful, hotel is new and comfortable; shower is powerful, which quite important for me after a long trip, let me fully relax. The breakfast is good, with variety. Location is in walking distance to the attractions, surrounded by a lot of restaurants.

Just a kind reminder to nevigate "Element Parking" instead of "Elements Hotel" if you are driving and need the parking. We are staying at 1st floor (meaning 2nd floor for Asian ppl) and there is no elevator

Central location with parking! Nice street view, comfortable room. The breakfast wasn't amazing, but good anyway. Staff is really helpful and polite.

The location was very central so you could walk to everywhere. Parking is provided on sight which is invaluable in such a hectic city. One thing to note when looking for the parking put in “Elements parking” into your maps and it will take you straight to the parking. When searching the property it does not quite take you to the parking. Martina at the reception was extremely helpful proving us with locations to visit and also going and purchasing gluten free bread for myself so I could have it with breakfast.

Nice clean rooms, modern and stylish. Great large bed. Nice clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpfull personell with one exception - lady with blond hair in reception at the time of our arrival. Great location practicaly in the city centre. Large terrace where you may enjoy coffee or baklava, enjoying perfect service. Fast and stabile wifi. Parking not on street.

Too small breakfast choices, I’ve missed vegetables, fruits, joghurt. Blond unfriendly lady at the reception at the time of arrival. She didnt provide us with room we requested even it was free. We had to make booking reservation at the reception to prove her, she’s wrong. Finally we paid less with booking app than with direct payment to the hotel. windows were to the rush street but are very well isolated. But walls to the next rooms are NOT isolated at all. We have to hear lady talking noisy with guy from 02-04 in the morning. Terrible.

Superb location, in a very heart of the city. Just a couple of minutes away from the main square by foot. Hotel is inside pedestrian area, which is full of restauranrs, caffes, fast food places and whatever you might need. Private parking, easy reachable. Excellent breakfast. Polise and helpfull staff.

There are many building understand construction in the surrounding narrow streets, which can cause traffic jams.

Amazing hospitality and kindness made my stay perfect. Location is absolutely on spot, in a nice pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and cafes - not noisy though. Private parking is available just around the corner. Beds are quite comfortable, all amenities available including a very reasonably priced mini bar. WiFi is quite fast, I had a solid 100Mb/s even though the hotel was full.

My stay at Hotel Elements was exceptional. This hotel offers one of the best value-for-money experiences I’ve seen in Europe. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the location is perfect, right in the city center. Additionally, they have very convenient parking for guests. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay in the city.

Excellent place to stay in central Novi Pazar. It is a small hotel, but with spacious rooms which are very well maintained. The staff was kind and welcoming. There is a small parking lot which is reserved for the guests. There is no elevator though which can be challenging if you stay on the 3rd floor. We would come back to this place without thinking twice.

We loved the rooms, they have wooden elements and are a good size, location is amazing as opens out onto a vibey pedestrian street with coffee shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Off road parking is provided in the back with a separate entrance. Breakfast was good variety buffet and decent coffee machine all for selt service.

Only the scale under the sink had been missed to be clean.
