Almost everything, food is excellent, apartmant is very comfortable, warm

the water temperature in the pool is little bit low - the water should be warmer, and Gym should be bigger and have more exercise equipment

The breakfasts were really good. The buffet dinners were good as well. We liked the theme evening meals: Serbian food evening, Asian food, etc. The restaurant Le Piste maintains a very high level - haute cousine. The hotel has a very convenient access from the ski room to the ski area and lifts. The lobby bar with a fireplace was very cozy.

I could not enjoy the spa area, because adults and children were together in the same pool. Clearly it is impossible to build another pool, but it may be worth while to limit the time for small kids: let the time from 17:00 be for the adults only.

This was our second stay at Gorski and it was even better than the first one! Everything that we remembered that was good about it stayed so, and things got better! There are now more saunas in the spa area and there is a padel court, which we were happy to use. The breakfast and dinner are still spectacular, the rooms comfortable, the spa provides a lot of variety and is very clean.

These are all very minor: - The carpets in the rooms should really be changed more often. They are clean but some stains you can't get out, so it gives an impression of them not being so clean. - The bathroom door was difficult to close, as if it didn't fit into the doorway anymore. - The curtains were too small for the window and it was difficult to close them so that the light doesn't come in.

Its a great hotel, rooms are really nice and most of them have a nice view. The staff is skilled and fast-paced really polite and professional. Food is excellent both the half board offer and the onsite restaurant. Spa center and playrooms in the hotel are also excellent, kudos to the staff for great work.

Playroom opening times could be a bit longer, they start off quite late. We had a heating problem in our room but the staff handled it quite professionally.

Clean rooms, gorgeous smell, apartment, tasty breakfasts and dinners, peaceful and lovely place, friendly staff, amazing SPA!!! The best SPA in the world!

No toothbrushes and toothpaste; no drinks while having dinner; bad coffee at the breakfast; too early for moving out (10am); 1 capsula for coffee and 2 packets of coffee in an apartment for 4 people! A bathrobe for my 12-year kid was three sizes smaller (like he is a 6-year old); 1 key, 1 block of pads and earsticks in each bathroom (for 2 people) These are many little but nevertheless frustrating details.

We visited the hotel this time last year, and came again because of the spa, and splendid food. It is good to have everything you need inside the facility when it turns out the weather outside is not fit for hiking or walks. And if you do go on long hikes, it's feels good to return to a served dinner, relax in a spa and rest in a cosy bed.

This year we would give this place a bit lower score, and it's the details basically, which spoiled the impression. Like, ripped curtain, broken light bulb in the bathroom, broken jacuzzi taps in the spa center, and outside pool and ice tap not functioning. We had a great time either way and would definitely recomend, but if a hotel is going for high quality and class, Small details as such ruin the impression and are more visible among the other great stuff and service this facility has to offer.

We liked all, the hotel is amazing with the Spa center, ski room and bedrooms.. the breakfast and dinner were always rich, enough, delicious. The restaurant has the view on the ski slope.. 🙂 Staff was kind and helpful, houskeepers are nice ladies.. 🙂

The lift was bad, we lost a lot of time because it is not sinhronized, one should go always down and the other one up if it is called..

We loved everything about this hotel. The location is amazing. Very central close to everything. The comfort,design and views from the rooms was perfect and also all the facilities that hotel offers are amazing. When it comes to food, we had breakfast and dinner included. Both meals had so many choices for everyone's taste, always fresh fruits, healthy meat, fish and veggie options, amazing pastry, salads, rice and pasta. I must compliment all the staff members for very friendly and helpful approach and always being very professional. For example, manager in the restaurant overheard that I am a vegatarian and offered me some additional meals if needed, but there was really no need because we had so many choices already. I must say that hotel Gorski really exceeded our already high expectations. :)

The room was comfortable and clean. Wide range of food options for both breakfast and dinner - the desserts were exceptional.

The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. With the outdoor pool closed (we were notified a week in in advance about this) the jacuzzi was overcrowded, with children playing and even tossing frisbees, which took away from the intended spa experience.
