Such a gem in VB! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during orthodox Easter bank holidays. The amenities, service and customer care are on point! Particularly of note would be the generous daily room-keeping, the exceptionally varied breakfast buffet, and the accommodating front desk personnel who granted us both early check-in and late check-out! We shall be gladly returning to Tonanti.

They don’t offer late night pool use, which is standard practice with comparable establishments, especially at places where bath tourism is the focus.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was an amazing experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The cleanliness was top-notch, with rooms being cleaned every day. The food was delicious and varied, offering something for everyone. We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service and overall experience exceeded our expectations!

On weekends, the hotel can get quite crowded, especially with a lot of children, both in the hotel and at the pool. If you’re hoping to swim or relax by the pool, it can be a bit challenging due to the large number of guests and children jumping around.

The food is excellent! For breakfast and dinner there are a lots of variety of foods which are deliciously prepared. Hotel's location is great. We were very satisfied with our large balcony which we have booked. The WiFi connection is also worked properly.

There are some rooms for improvements of maintenance. For example the tiles of swimming pool have fallen off, some towels at the swimming pool area had stains. The safe did not contain any instruction and also is a pretty small. We had to ask for WiFi password because we did not find it in the room nor we have been informed at the reception upon arriving. Coffee from coffee machine at the eating area might be better.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very professional and pleasant. Rooms are cozy and spacious.Great location , just a few meters from walking zone. Food in the passion restaurant is tasty. Massage was very good and the masseuse was very professional.

The pillows are not so comfortable, the bathroom doors are from dark Glas very modern but they give no privacy in the bathroom whatsoever. I had a disappointment when I went to the spa because two of the saunas were not working and the steam room was full with the mold on the walls, so that when you come inside you inhale that mold directly! . This is unacceptable for 5* hotel. The food in a la cart restaurant is not so tasty and special , and the windows were totally dirty. In the restaurant where dinner and breakfast is served waiters clean the table crumbles and the small food leftovers throwing them on the floor. Not in the manner of 5* hotel.

The location is good for a vacation. Also for walking in the area.

Great hotel with client-oriented staff. Receptionist changed the rooms to the higher floor facing the park when we asked about it. There were no tea kettles in the rooms but when we asked about them, they were immediately provided to us. Spa center is clean and well kept with nice smell ) non-smoking policy of the hotel makes it the best choice)

Food was good but over salted. We had to try small pieces before we could find something we could eat((

Excellent food. Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff is well trained and very nice.

I expected more from SPA/wellness. It is visible that "SPA culture" is not there. I was badly surprised that is allowed to enter to sauna with kids and in swimming suits. I strongly suggest you consider introducing "textile free" and separate adults only area. It is not pleasant to relax into a sauna with lot of small kids around.

I like that the pools are heated, the hotel is very child-friendly, they have sort of a daycare (they call you as soon as the child cries), the food is delicious. The room was very nice and clean. I liked there was someone to help us with the bags as soon as we parked in front of the hotel.

The heated pool wasnt heated for two days we were there. We had to bring chairs for the baby ouselves and it was often dirty.

We had really nice 4 days family relaxation in there. Accommodation was great, spa and wellness facilities as well. Couple of saunas to choose from. Relax massage was also good and my wife also took some massage and face treatment. The prices were also ok. We had half board ( breakfast and dinner) it was buffet and the food was really amazing. Good variety and plenty to choose from.
