We loved everything! Spacious room with nice, modern furniture and, most importantly, a firm, comfortable mattress - we felt so well rested. The girls at the reception were very kind and helpful. We asked them a lot of things about Kopaonik. The location is great because it is very close to the ski bus station. If you have your own ski equipment, I recommend you rent a locker at the base of the ski slopes, like we did, so you don't feel uncomfortable carrying them all the time. Parking is also provided in front of the hotel and it is free. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We would definitely come back for another stay.

New building, everything seems new, clean, reception was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. In the hotel is not allowed to smoke besides the balcony of course.

There was no mountain view as was mentioned when I booked the apartment. The view was a big building under construction just next to current building. Breakfast is not in the hotel itself but in a restaurant next to the hotel where, as in any restaurant from Serbia, it is allowed to smoke inside, even during breakfast. For a non-smoker and not only this is a big issue to start your day.

Clean, new and tidy. Rooms are quite nice! Great new interior, maybe not the smartest to have polished tiles throughout the building as they get slippery in winter but looks nice!

Parking, it’s a mess for parking around the property, currently they are utilizing parking space of an unfinished building behind the property (even that is not sufficient) but once that is complete (it will block all the views) plus another development in front, navigation and parking around will be an impossible nightmare. One more maybe smaller thing is they have a single lift for the size of the building and it can be a bit of a wait time.

This truly exceeded our expectations. The location is so peaceful surrounded with the best nature possible. Mile the receptionist is so friendly and professional. Breakfast comes with a room service, we ordered it for 8:30 and at 8:29 we heard the knock on the door, that's what I call a good service! Hotel and rooms super clean. I highly recommend.

Very good value for money, with good breakfast included in the price. Parking available on site. Polite staff. Modern design. Digital TV with +100 channels.

It's our 2nd time at the hotel and we absolutely love it! The staff is super friendly and ready to help, the rooms are clean and spacious and warm (important during cold nights). Breakfast is tasty. Located 8-10min by car from the ski centre.

Very clean premises, rooms, so obviously newly constructed. The view from the 4th floor room was incredible. Good and well filled breakfast buffet.

The access to the hotel is terrible, especially in winter, snowy, and busy days. The parking lot in front of the hotel is just a construction site, and somehow, a super skilled, friendly hotel employee manages to maintain vehicle order. Otherwise, it is an elephant in the elevator parking place.

The apartments included a nice breakfast package, spacious and clean rooms, close proximity to nice restaurants. The staff was helpful. The hotel expectations matched the description in the booking website.

We had occasions when the water in the hotel stopped which caused a bit of inconvenience.

Everything was clean, there was private parking for the car which is excellent, the breakfast was great. Very friendly reception! Definitely will come again.
