I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vrbak in Novi Pazar. The hotel’s unique architecture and central location make it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a great mix of modern amenities and traditional charm. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the city center made it easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and historical sites. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Vrbak for anyone visiting Novi Pazar. It provides excellent value for money, outstanding service, and a memorable experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Excellent everything from first encounter at reception to checking out and saying goodbye. Friendly and helpful reception staff, perfect breakfast, comfortable rooms with clean showers with great pressure to the best location in town one can ask for. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I have had and I've stayed in many 5 star hotels before. Katerina is a gem of a person and helped me put together an itinerary to really enjoy Novi Pazar and the surroundings. Thank you Katerina and thank you hotel Vrbak and thank you Novi Pazar for a great experience. Cheers!

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Additionally, having a parking space available was convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the temperature was quite cold, and the only heating option available was a small space heater. This made it difficult to feel cozy and warm during my stay.

Unique hotel and very interesting architecture built over the river. The atrium is again very unique with a domed ceiling and octagonal shape. We had the VIP room which is probably like the others but much bigger and with a jacuzzi bath, which takes about an hour to fill.

No air conditioning in the rooms so you get a fan. Breakfast was fairly average and smelled of smoke.

As socialist architecture enthusiasts, we travelled to Novi Pazar exclusively to overnight at the Vrbak. The place didn’t let us down at all. Interiors are as crazy as exteriors: the hall is a silent, ginormous, majestic greenhouse with tons of plants hanging from the balconies, a huge fountain in the middle, and soft lighting all around. Staff is very kind and professional and also allowed us to take tons of photos around. Buffet breakfast is good, varied, and rich. Free private parking, fast WiFi.

Our room was really tiny, the bed took all the place and there were no place for luggage and clothes, although we use to travel very light with small backpacks. But if you just stay a night or two, it won’t probably be a huge issue.

The staff was amazing. Really helpful and friendly. I never saw o staff smiling like that. Location was middle of Novi Pazar. breakfast was good traditional and usual it was delicious and enough. They allowed me to extend the check out without payment.

It was clean but could be more.

Beautifully decorated reception area. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was ok. Private parking area was very convenient (in between the hotel and etno restaurant Gaziya, the gate is opened by an attendant).

Toilet roll holder was opposite the toilet so had to reach forward about 1m. Would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities given the price. Otherwise a nice overnight stay.

The security of our motorcycles was good, with the security guard keeping an eye on them. He was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little small but comfortable.

Bit disappointed at breakfast as I ordered a coffee that did not arrive and when I went looking for staff I could not find any. Yes, a large party had just left, but this is no excuse to be forgotten. The door handle was loose, and it was difficult to get in the room at times.

Hotel je jako lijep, osoblje ljubazno. Pogled iz sobe prelijep.

Doručak bi trebalo bolje organizirati u smislu da ima više prostora za prilaz švedskom stolu, sve je zbijeno na jedan manji stol i time otežava posluživanje ali i stvara dodatne gužve oko stola, obzirom i da su stolovi i stolice za sjedenje u restoranu jako blizu postavljene švedskom stolu.

The rooms were very good. Very important for Novi Pazar they had free parking at the hotel.

No proper coffee at breakfast. Just a note almost all the town serves no alcohol being mainly Muslim
