Good breakfast, but the evening buffet has not really met our expectations.

Shower was intermittently hot and cold, the property is quite far away from the ski slopes and there are little options in terms of transportation (if you missed the shuttle bus that was going every hour and not really respecting the schedule). We also had a power outage that lasted over 1 hour in the evening. The room had a musty smell. Not really a 4 stars hotel.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The employees are friendly and ready to help at any time. They have a bus service to the ski fields every hour and the same service is free for hotel guests. The hotel has everything and there is no need to leave it at all, especially if you are with small children. The spa centre is really big and contained, with a special section for children. There is also an activity room for children with an animator.

I don't like that hotel guests have to pay extra for parking. It happens that the elevator is not in operation for a certain period of the day. The rooms are too hot even with the heating off. The spa should start working earlier. The pillows are not very comfortable.

the complex is very nice, very accessible. the spa is large and very well organized, clean. correct breakfast for 4 star hotel but not very variable.

the price displayed on the booking for half board is not the same price as their price at the reception/restaurant. they communicated that this is the old price not updated. the staff at the restaurant is not very friendly, too few people speak English. but overall it was a nice stay

Clean rooms, great staff and a good spa experience. As we had breakfast and dinner the food was delightful with a broad variety of choices.

Room was a bit small and cramped. The actual hotel is a bit outside the main centre of Kopaonik but as there is organised transport to there it is not a major issue.

I liked the amenities and the animation -well done! It definitely offers fun for families. The separate spa for kids is fantastic! The staff are incredible.

The bed in the bedroom consists of two separare beds put together which was not comfortable for us and the baby. Also, a little more hygienic products could be added other than toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel.

An exceptional place for rest and relaxation. I don't have any bad thing to say. Highly recommend. Wifi is very fast and stable, this was important to me because of my remote work. I will come again, definitely.

The property and our room were lovely. The staff, especially at the reception and in the restaurant, were very nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The room was well equipped. We could use the swimming pools and spa which were nice. They organize mountain walks and we joined one which was very nice.

Several times when we entered the room we could smell the sewage. The view from the room was not very nice.

We had great stay. Everything was exceptional, the food was very tasty and different every day. They have organized transfer to ski center, spa and attractions for kids. Definitely worth for the money.

Very small parking for the capacity of the hotel, not the best location if you plan to go to the slopes or if you go off season because nothing else around the hotel works

Everything.Especially the staff, everyone very polite and friendly . Rooms specious and clean , great spa centar and very nice food.

If i have to point something, the bed was very soft 😊
