Location was superb - hotel is located downtown, close to all the areas we needed for business and/or pleasure. Breakfast was a simple affair, but pretty good. Staff was attentive, and always available, even to prepare coffee in the middle of the night/early morning. Room was very good, we had a good night rest on the comfortable bed.

We ended up in a room with the shower instead of a bathtub, but that was okay. The shower was elevated more than usual, and its door could not be fully closed, so beware when entering/leaving the shower, it can be pretty slippery. The hotel room and hallways were free of smoke, but the reception area was not as some guests or friends of staff were just enjoying their cigarettes a lot.

I love that it is in the heart of the city center and I got a free included parking spot in front of the hotel. Wifi signal is very good also ! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom has very good water pressure and hot water functioning excellent, 24/7 (its not standard in serbia). Everything was very clean. I slept really well thanks to the bed/matrace and the fact that the window I could make the room completely dark (windows has this - don't know the english word "Rollos" ). I love to go outside and find all the shops and cafes of the city center in front of me. I liked the TV with about 100 different TV stations in my room and the fridge. The aircondition works well and provided me with good heating when it got cold outside some evenings (late september 2022).

There was a dog barking for about an hour at one evening..it was from outside the hotel.

Nice hotel, there is nothing important that you might dont like. Big room, new furniture, nice new bathroom.

Almost nothing, maybe there i no some nice view from window, but you are not on the lake to want view. It important that you are in the center of the city.

Never have I walked into a hotel room and said wow when seeing it...it was a 5 star hotel double room! Simply amazing, the design was so elegant and simple, everything was sparkling clean and new. We had a very long trip that day and the hotel room just made everything better in an instant. It truly is a European hotel compared to other hotels in the Balkan area, really good coffee and breakfast, very nice hotel staff. Super quiet although it is in the center of the city. We hope to come back one day!
