The place is exactly as it looks on the photos! I highly recommend. All Staff members were very pleasant and alert. Food was really good and the presentation was excellent. The room was also clean. The spa is exceptionally good! All the amenities were working as expected and the entire area is extremely clean. Overall, I would rate a 10/10 but I'm giving a 9/10 as some improvement can be done on breakfast and massage services.

1) Breakfast is a la carte with just 7 options available where you can only choose one item. Only Turkish coffee is included. Any other type of coffee is charged extra. It would be nice if you can consider buffet style and include other coffee options. 2) The massage is not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. My colleague and I share the same opinion, and several other guests felt the same way. If you want to keep offering this service, please consider having a professional masseur / masseuse.

Comfy bed. Not too many guests. Chef is 1/2 Michelin stars worth. Staff, they are very eager to help you, but within the permitted limits. Massage guy - he's the champion there.

We asked for a late check-out, and they approved it, but they eventually tried to charge us. For A-la-carte breakfast, you have to wait and wait (for service, coffee, etc...). Also, they had only 20 orange juices for breakfast, and when they went out of them, they charged us for squeezed ones. Most of their staff have more than a few jobs in the same shift, which is why some services are meant to be slow. Some guests brought kids to Spa and made a playground of it. Location, that very idea of it is a bit crooked, because hotel is inside abandoned factory.

There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like about the property.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, which means the surroundings are a bit noisy and not ideal for an evening stroll into the city. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, which adds a nice touch to the stay. The facilities are decent overall, and breakfast is served à la carte, although it was brought quite early in the morning. Despite these small issues, the hotel is nice, and it’s a pity I didn’t have time to try the wellness facilities.

One inconvenience was not being able to adjust the heating, and the minibar, positioned right next to the bed, made strange noises (I’d recommend turning it off). Similarly, the air conditioning was quite loud, which was a bit distracting.

The interior and exterior are very cool with special attention to detail. Parking space can be found. The staff is tactful and polite. Everything is clean, fresh. The SPA is good and clean.

Location is a quite strange. The hotel is located near a huge production facility. If you are looking ECO-friendly environment hotel - you should think twice! Breakfast... Just usual breakfast. We are expected more from this awesome hotel. Drinks are paid (except water and homemade coffee) without warning about it. We were waiting 20 minutes when waiter recognize us and one hour before we got a breakfast. It's not fault of personal - it's an issue of processes.

I booked this hotel last minute as our travel plans had changed and we had to stay in town for only one night. When we entered this place, we were more than pleasantly surprised. One of the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable and most aesthetically pleasant hotels we have ever stayed in, with excellent food and friendly staff. Next time I will travel to Serbia to only stay in Industrial for a few days. Most recommended

Absolutely Nothing

Nice hotel with nice spa. Hotel looks very nice and unusual. Swimming pool and sauna/hammam are good, the view from there to industrial construction with light is very nice and creates atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful

Floor in the bathroom is slippery, and it would be good to have a shelf in the shower to put your things. Mini fridge is mildly cool (is not suitable if you want to store any of your food)

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Industrial. Hotel is beautiful, the lobby is just amazing. Pool and the spa facilities were even better than we expected. Breakfast was great, room was really nice and clean. The staff was really nice and helpful, whatever we needed was delivered smoothly and with a smile.

If you want to walk to city centre, it might be tricky especially during the winter. But, on the other hand, having the unique (post)industrial experience means that you are literally in the industrial zone, which has its very specific charm. If you need to go somewhere, it is reachable by taxi, which is definitely affordable. Really, nothing to complain about.

All hotel workers were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. Spa was very nice and clean as well, children injoy swimming. The hotel caffe food was delicious and the portions were big. I would like to Thank all the workers in the hotel for making my stay comfortable and smooth 👌.

I didn't like that there were no out door playing areas for children.

This small hotel is quite a surprise after passing through a somewhat dilapidated industrial district, including a coal power plant and a car factory. Apparently, the area was bombed by NATO during the Kosovo war when the former Zastava Armor and motor vehicle plant were targeted. The hotel seems to be another step in revitalizing the area. The hotel including the rooms sports an charming "industrial" chic. Motor blocks are used to make tables, cog wheels are used as ornaments in the lighting fixtures. The hotel has a restaurant with inside and "outside" seating, the latter being in a veranda- or greenhouse-like area, which also serves as a smoking area. The hotel features an attractive indoor-pool, a gym and a spa (no short term appointment available in our case, need to prebook spa next time). A la carte dinner was exceptional. Complements to the kitchen stuff and our young waiter. The breakfast menu was was more limited, but still quite good.

The floor in front of the four rooms located on the ground floor smelled strongly of chlorine due to being close to the pool. A double door or better ventilation might fix this. The windows of the ground floor rooms looking out front are not noise canceling. Since the driveway to the main entrance as well as the veranda are close, this means quite a bit of noise which dies down later at night, though. Smoking seems to be quite popular in Serbia. We would've loved to sit outside in the veranda, but the smell...
