We really enjoyed our stay It was really clean and the location was very central and convenient. Everybody at the hotel was very pleasant and accommodating, especially a young man at night who checked us in late that night, as well as a girl who works at the spa and assisted my husband. All facilities are great, and my absolute favourite is a Salt Room. A calm and dimly lit salt-filled room with soft music playing certainly presents itself as a setting ideal for meditation. It’s an environment where you could definitely calm your nervous system and reduce stress. We highly recommend this hotel and definitely planning to come back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Parking is not free, it's really bad that hotel guests pay extra for parking and the price of the hotel itself is not cheap

The spa was super crowded and kids were noisy and not very well behaved. I don’t think the hotel can do much about it unfortunately because they would have to teach the parents how to teach their children to behave. I could suggest the stuff to maybe remind the parents about the acceptable and unacceptable behaviors in the spa and then warn to throw them out if they continue to behave in unacceptable ways. The hotel has published how to behave signs in all areas but I guess Serbs just don’t read or don’t care to respect.

The meal selection for both breakfast and dinner was impressive, with a variety of tasty options to suit all palates. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable

The finish sauna had some issues with cold air getting in, which made it less comfortable. Additionally, the steam room was not functioning during my stay. The elevators were quite slow, and it was frustrating to see people reserving sun-beds for long periods. The furniture in the dining area could also use some refreshment.

Good breakfast, perfect location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Toilet is clean and contains everything you need. Good sleep. Friendly stuff, rooms have been taken care of properly.

Parking was overcrowded. Make sure you make reservation and pay for it, otherwise you would need to wonder around and being very central it is not easy to find a free spot. Spa center - first day: perfect. Second day too many little kids without parents in sauna part? A bit chaotic no supervision. A bit loud central ventilation and water pipes in the room, still very good sleep. Small elevators, just use stairs.

Location of the hotel is really great. The room was clean and comfortable. Spa facilities where very clean and we'll maintained. Food in the restaurant was well prepared and I am sure that it can satisfy various tastes. Hotel lobby was well decorated, and comfortable. The prices of drinks, coffe and cackes In the lobby cafee whore normal.

Firtsy I didn't like that parking for guests in the hotel is not for free. You will be charged aproximately 4$ per day if you have a car parked on hotels parking. Secondly I was disappointed that smoking was alouded in the hotels lobby.

Great location, very friendly staff, great breakfast, ok sized swimming pool, nice size paid parking. Great kids playroom.

The baby cot was 5 eur/day. I haven't seen any hotel charge for a baby cot but I could be wrong (the staff told me upfront that it would be an extra chrge and i said ok). The room with 2 beds wasn't big enought for a baby cot (had space for it but couldn't move around) so i had to upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment.

Personally, I like hotels like this one - from the first moment you step into the hotel you feel you are welcome there, from great people by the reception desk to great and very kind restaurant staff and maids. I had an issue with my shirt, but maids were so helpful and solved my problem in a few minutes, without any hesitation. Breakfast was fabulous, plenty of domestic freshly made specialties, really great. Also, all recommendations for a la cart menu - I tried some grilled local cheese - that was amazing. Looking forward to come to this hotel again in two months.

Everything was excellent

The breakfast was good if you wanted a very heavy breakfast but it lacked in the lighter and healthier European and American breakfast. Needed more quality fruit, cereals and pastries. Also, there was no syrup for the pancakes. The breakfast was made for Serbian taste and that is fine but healthier and less fattening options would have been nice.
