Service in the pool bar was a little slow Very expensive to have drinks brought to you by the pool, but you could go get your own and it wasn't far! Lack of seating at the sunset bar along the pier. This is the best feature of the hotel in the early evening and it looked shut, not encouraging you to stay and buy another drink. Service in this bar was hit and miss.

We loved our stay at Fisherman's Cove Resort. Location was great. The resort feels very safe and the grounds are beautifully kept. The staff were fantastic - very helpful, very friendly. Our room was as described. The cleaning was immaculate, so hats off to housekeeping! Towels were good quality. Hot water worked well. Air-conditioning was efficient, quiet and easy to adjust. WiFi worked well everywhere on the resort. Bed was big and extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Great lighting in the room. Soaps were refillable, rather than single-use miniatures. The food here was amazing, especially at Le Cardinal restaurant! Such a talented team of chefs, and wonderful team of catering staff. Fisherman's Cove seems a bit smaller than other nearby resorts but has a lot more charm and feels more private. The gym is small but has staple pieces of equipment. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Pool towels were included and there were plenty of poolside sunbeds and umbrellas that were popular with guests. We enjoyed the beach, which was clean, quiet and provided easy access to a beautiful coral reef teeming with tropical fish. The resort provides snorkel equipment, paddle boards and kayaks at a little kiosk for the Marine Conservation Society Seychelles, which is dedicated to preserving, growing and educating about coral. We had an early flight in to the Seychelles and a late flight out, so we were very grateful we could use resort facilities before we checked in and after we checked out. All in all, we were extremely happy with our stay at Fisherman's Cove Resort, and are planning to come again. Would definitely recommend, this resort is a solid 10/10.

Two minor issues I think are worth mentioning. Just as a heads up, the bathroom door provides very little in way of privacy, although this is a common issue for resorts and hotels in the Seychelles. Secondly, I feel that water should have been provided with dinner. We were half-board, so drinks were not included. But I feel that resorts of this calibre should provide water with all meals as a way to support guests' health and hydration, especially as many people may not be used to such hot climates. I think this small change would make a big difference to guests' experience and wellbeing. Regardless, we were still very happy with our stay.

This is not the first time we are staying at the Seyshelles and not the first hotel we have stayed in (Before that we were at Saint Anne, Euphelia and Savoy several times). Our short break went exactly as we imagined, we liked everything - location, rooms (we had a suite). I would like to also say a " big thank you" to the staff- their efforts are outrageous- they did everything to make our stay comfortable - Mohammed, Manda, all people at breakfast - they tried to do their best so that the day would be perfect, room service - we tried almost all proposed facilities - spa, laundry, sports. Everything was at a very high level. Value for money is absolutely relevant - given that the Seyshelles are islands and many things cost more than on a continent. Same applies to Internet. What I liked specially is that the hotel is very calm - it is away from a "big brother hotel - Story" with all the activities, so was calm by definition. But when we wanted to do volleyball, badminton or other activities- it was always available even if it was out of the time table. Location - beach is 200 metres away to the side on the sister hotel,- right in front of it there is a reef and those who like, can do snorkeling. Restaurants - Paris was very good, breakfasts are lavish, Sunset bar - absolutely beautiful, Pool bar and breakfast can meet anyone's taste. Restaurants at Story are aslo available with a 20% discount. The room itself deserves special attention- building are built like 1 floor villas so you can feel your privacy isoloated from the neigbours, with a garden and nice terrace. I would change sun umbrellas near the pool, that's it. For me, this is one of the best places of the world since we first visited the Seyshelles in 2012.

This is a very good hotel, nested in front of the beach (literally on the beach). The rooms are very spacious, with nice views to the ocean. The whole hotel area is green, full of trees and really nice atmosphere. Probably you will not want to leave your room or the hotel. Breakfast is of a good level.

Wifi is slow. Breakfast could be better organized, specially avoiding that guests run out of glasses, bowls, spoons and also food. Of special mention is the milk section, the whole solution does not fit a hotel of this category. Swimming pool is very small and shallow. The access to the ocean is closed and the water line next to the hotel has some smell. The access to the ocean should be improved substantially.

We had a lovely stay at Fisherman's Cove! We were very impressed by the staff who couldn't do enough for us and were always greeting guests with big smiles. Our room was upgraded to a hilltop view and it was exceptional - incredibly spacious, comfortable bed and beautiful views. Breakfast was amazing! We were particularly impressed with the sustainability practices - such as filtered water in glass bottles (no plastic!!), beautiful re-usable toiletries, and their coral reef restoration projects. With snorkelling on your doorstep and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, everything about this hotel is recommended.

The service at the restaurants and bars is disgusting. We had a special event - birthday to celebrate. I booked a table at Paris restaurant and we spent a whole damn hour with just a bottle of water. And they never brought birthday cake as were promised. Fortunately, there is a neighbor hotel Story, which I could highly recommend for dinners.

Amazing facilities, location & staff. Accommodation excellent, we booked a superior double and on arrival, found that we were upgraded. Snorkelling excellent!! Stingrays, baby lemon sharks everyday, close to wall/walkway every day. Saw turtles & diversity in tropical fish. Saw giant tortoises & even a tame & *flying fox* to feed on the beach, if you buy fruit from the vendor. Thank you for an amazing holiday. Huge thanks to the very informative & helpful security guards at the beach gate.

Food/drinks very expensive compared to local cousine/shops. Huge amount of options, in the area. Buffet SCR795, which as small eaters we couldn't join. Portion sizes and food options on buffets *breakfast & dinner* were huge.

I recently stayed with my family at Fishermen's Cove Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel, with direct beach access, was fantastic. The property itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming. From the refreshing welcome drink to the personal welcome from the operation manager, their hospitality was exceptional. They even went out of their way to provide us with breakfast to go due to our early flight, which was much appreciated.

The bathroom design, with a lack of a partition wall and sliding doors for the toilet, felt lacking in privacy. While I understand it may be part of the room's unique design, it may not suit everyone's preferences. Additionally, the steps in the room leading to the lower level posed a safety concern, especially for guests with small children. It would be beneficial to address this potential safety risk to prevent accidents. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Fishermen's Cove Resort and appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff. With some adjustments to the room design and safety considerations, it could be an even more enjoyable experience for all guests.

everything was exceptionally good

only the cleaning of the room sometimes was not so good, and also we were going to honeymoon and they said they will have a surprise for us, but in the end the surprise was a cake written "happy birthday" and they bring Al-cohol drink we said we want coffee instead they said no we dont provide coffee as gift! this was a little bit surprising for us

I like the whole concept, it is a hotel with tradition, long history / one of the first on the island/ and personnel is well trained.Food is delicious, I liked the French restaurant and also the buffet dinners-really compliments to the chef.The room with bath tub in the middle.The fact that the owner is the same as The Story hotel and they share facilities.

If people do not like, they do not have good taste.Of course some things might be worn out, but style is style, a good concept is a good concept...
