Surprisingly well developed resort complex. We really liked the beach & pool location as well as the very helpful staff, convenient location, ferry port transfer service, availability of rental bikes, etc.

The air conditioner in our room struggled during the daytimes. Also, we felt like the accommodation was rather expensive for a less fancy-style stay

Gardens, services, rooms. Wifi is ok. Meals are fine. Not French,Italian, JP - "haut cusine", but typical UK or German quality. Beach is scenic, white sandy/corals with multiple beautiful hanging palmtrees. Easy go 100m toward reef and water totally clear and good for snorkeling.

You have to pay for drinking water at the resort, ~5$ per liter.

We stayed in the standard garden room which was nicely decorated and with a very comfortable bed. We loved the beautiful garden and the greenery. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the pool bar and the seating in the shade around the tree. The beach is not really good for swimming but still nice. The food in the restaurant was good, standard breakfast and a nice selection for dinner. There was a lot of swings and lounge chairs spread around the beach, perfect for watching the sunset. We appreciated the ferry pick-up and drop-off service.

Wifi was terrible, barely usable. Besides texting, most stuff took forever to open, if at all. At our first dinner, we ordered drinks, were charged for it, but they never arrived. However, the staff removed the charge after we notified them of the issue. The restaurant staff seemed to be poorly organized. The AC in the room was badly positioned, the cold air blew directly on the bed and could not be adjusted differently so it was not usable at night.

Wifi was extremely slow.( we were advised that due to the bad weather, it will be slow) Be however next day was a very sunny and extremely nice weather, but the wifi remain the same

We stayed in one of the villas at Union Estate, which was very nice, directly on the beach and inside the gates of the union estate. We were in Takamaka villa and it was very nice in layout and everything we needed for a nice stay was there.

It was a little far away from the main hotel so we opted out of having breakfast at the hotel and had our own breakfast in the villa instead - we found the pricing of the breakfast too high. Also, we had read somewhere that when staying in the villas you get bikes from the hotel - turned out not to be the case. Would be a nice feature since it is a 10min walk to the main building. But these are just smaller details, overall we were very satisfied and would stay in the villas again of we come back.

Location is perfect very close to the jetty and to the La Passe centre with shops, risto, atm points. We stayed 4 nights. Room at Yellow House was smaller than the inside bathroom, provided by shower and bath, but comfortable enough. Cleaning service precise and good. Swimming pool very appreciated after all day to the sea. Breakfast was good for our needs and expectations: tea or coffee served, fruit juices, fruit salad, bacon and sausages, ham and cheese, homemade jams, croissants or danish, bread, omelette, different cooked eggs. Dinners at buffet were a little bit repetitive but once again, depends on expectations: menu based on soup of the day, one living cooking per night (shark steak, squids,etc), basmati or saffron rice, pasta (not Italian taste), vegetable steamed or mixed fresh salads, fishes or chicken or lamb steamed or creole mode cooked, desserts cakes, fruit salad, ice cream

Beverages bill: you are notified that beverages at dinner are not included but there s no drink menu to report the price. You discover it at the end of the dinner if the waiters remind you to provide the receipt to sign, that for me it happened at the third night. It should be more correct to provide the basic price list at the beginning (by the way for water, beer, sodas prices were the same as outside, so not a huge surprise) Bike rental outside the lodge: bikes really ‘exausted’; if you want to save sweat and effort , go little further or near the jetty to have better bikes and less disappointment.

The hotel is very nice, the chalets are just lovely, and they have a beautiful private beach. Tasty breakfast and dinner. The location couldn’t be better, just a walking distance from Anse Source d’argent, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

There a small hidden charge called tourism tax, 100rps per person for every night. This tax should be included in the original price and should not be left as a surprise on the check in! The booking mentioned that Lunch and Dinner are included.It should also highlight that drinks at dinner even water and soft drinks are charged separately!

Nice garden chalet #37 close to the reception, restaurant and pool. Very friendly and heloful staff both at the reception and at the restaurant, security etc. (clearly 10 out of 10). Small supermarket right next to the entry gate as well as bike rental (SCR 100/day). Delicious takeaway (Monday-Saturday) at ca. 300m distance and many more in town (a bit further away). Drinks in the hotel restaurant at a reasonable price. Breakfast and dinner were included - ideal for us (me and my 10 y.o. son). Nice selection of food every day (I don't share the comments where people hyper-complain about the food. The level of the restaurant is good.)

The pool needs a makeover. For instance, the "carpet" of its floor has partly lifted up so with every step you take in some of the shallow parts of the pool area, you press it down again. It's not dangerous at all, but it is one reason why I say that the pool needs a makeover. Just a small hint for an improvement at the breakfast buffet: a bowl of plain yoghurt would be phantastic (people would then mix the delicious, fresh fruit into it).

We received a 5 star service throughout. The reception starting with a pick up from the Jetty, to the service during breakfast was all awesome. Every staff member including the security was super professional and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful and lovely. We booked the first night in the budget friendly units outside the resort itself but we still received the 5 star service from the resort.

I missed the part that the room we booked was not in the resort itself but was close enough to the resort to still enjoy breakfast and other benefits from the resort, we moved into the beach chalet the next day and they handled the luggage transfer and everything for us.

The villa we stayed in had a romantic feel to it. The property being just beside the beach and the lovely greenery on the grounds with beautiful flowers, all added to the experience. It was also very close to Anse Source d’Argent, where the famous iconic beaches are. As we were there celebrating our Silver wedding anniversary, we were welcomed in a very special way. The staff were helpful and friendly. A special mention to Elhaj who made sure we were comfortable.

The bathroom. Had a very small shower with no where to keep the soaps in. There was a bath tub too but as the villa was A shaped the roof by the tub was slanted, which had a cosy effect but not convenient as you can’t stand up in it. The curtain in the bathroom was an obstacle as it was just behind the toilet seat, covering the toilet roll, and obstructing the use of the bidet. They definitely could put a shorter blind or curtain. There were lots of ants to be seen in the villa.
