We stayed here for one night. - As the name suggests, it's a very big villa. Very huge property. - The owner was very friendly and she will offer a taxi service from the ferry (with good rates compared to what you see online). - We came 2 hrs earlier, although we were not able to check in, we were allowed to keep our luggage inside. We paid through credit card. After check-out, we kept our luggage outside of villa as our flight was in the night 10PM. (It was safe to keep luggage outside). - The property is huge, so you have multiple spots to chill and relax. In the outside, there was balcony on ground floor and 1st floor, also seating space in the backside of the villa. - The kitchen is huge, so is the living room (Kitchen could have been more clean, but not major issue). There are 2 washrooms, 1 in ground floor and another in the 1st floor. - A big thanks to the owner as they have a continuous running water filter, so you can have lot of drinking water availability. Kitchen was very well equipped. ( Although it was tricky to use the gas stove ( we couldn't use), be sure to check with owner how to operate during check in, Thankfully, we didn't need it, as we used the electric pot rice cooker to heat some things up). - It is close by to the airport which is a major positive. Location (read carefully) : - Close to the bus stand. (We used public bus during our stay). Also, it is close to a super market. During check-out, we even walked back to the airport from the property. - The property is very, VERY steep ! I am a hiker and a fit person, I could walk from the bus stand to the property, and the walk in itself was a good hike ;) - If you are not fit, you cannot walk from bus stand to the property. Don't take this lightly. - DO NOT THINK, you can carry/push trolley to the property from the bus stand. IMPOSSIBLE. You need a car to come to property with luggage !

- The AC swing thingy was broken in room. Although, the air was coming, the broken bar was blocking majority of the air. But not a major problem as after some time, the room gets cool. Also because of the broken swing thingy, there was some noise from AC. - Lots and lots of lizards. So, if you are not used to seeing lizards, be aware of it ! We were ok with it.

Nice place to stay close to the airport. We chose it since you can reach the structure by feet without potentially have to rent a car if you are only staying overnight to catch a flight the following day. The house is super confortable and has all the amenities needed.

The only improvement point would be isolation from the dogs barking in the houses surrounding the villa and the neighbours which are quite noisy. This is clearly not the host's fault and nothing a good pair of earplugs can solve ;-)

The energy of Jill and Lana, the two hosts. We spent only one day in Mahé since the day after we had to leave Seychelles, and they helped us to make the most out of the few time we had!

The villa is located on a steep hill: for those who are not familiar with driving in Seychelles driving there may be risky and uncomfortable! Even for reaching the bus station, which is not far, it is mandatory to walk on that steep road in which the visibility is not the best one. This is nobody's fault, just something that a visitor should know before going there (:

Not a location one would pick for a longer stay, but idealy located at arrival or departure. The house itself is large, comfortable, with two big terraces, and is within a walkable distance to the airport, although on top of a step climb when going in the opposite direction.

There were some loud dogs barking in the night, so you may want to bring some ear plugs.

This place was just amazing! The view is incredible. The house is huge! There are two stories, both have balconies with a view of the sea. The kitchen has everything you need! The garden furniture is amazing. There is an outside shower as well. Only a short walk from the airport! I want to say a huge thank you to Lana! She is an amazing person and a great host! So helpful, kind and happy! The most amazing stay ever!

The hill is steep so you won't be able to push your suitcase without a car.

The villa is on a hill, with a rather steep climb, it may be challenging for some to get there on foot from sea-level road, so it is advised to use car for that:)

Very nice decorated, spacious Villa, with nice furniture and everything you need in the house, very nice Terraces. You feel like home. Very close to the airport, if you need to fly.

It depends on what you need. It is not within a walking distance to a beach, you need to travel by car or by bus if you wanna go to the beach. There were a few “singing” geckos in the house, I was not disturbed by them, but I imagine for some people this might not be pleasant.

What a lovely spacious, clean property Jill has. A balcony to chill on as part of our room too. Literally 2 minutes from airport. Be warned, do not try to walk it with suitcases like we did. Up hill all the way. Jill and her daughter were really helpful and very nice people. Jill even gave us a ride to the airport for our early flight. We would recommended touchdown villa to anyone.

The host was very nice and welcoming, communication with Jill was very easy, she was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The property was very clean. The indoor sitting area is spacious, with lovely views on the sea. You can see the runway and hear the noise from the airport but not much. It was not a problem for us anyway. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook breakfast and lunch. The aircon was working well in both rooms. There is a lot of sitting space outside on the balcony and on the patio beside the kitchen. The house is based on the hill.

Good size 2 bed villa in residential area close to airport. Not luxurious but well equipped and good value for money. Plenty of outdoor space Comfortable bed and decent shower Air con in bedroom Walkable to airport (10/15 mins) although villa is situated on a steep hill Host kindly left tea, coffee, milk and was super friendly and helpful. Even gave us a lift in her car at 6am to the airport

It's in a residential area, so bear in mind that there is noise from the neighbours and dogs barking, etc. If you were staying for any length of time, you definitely need a car
