I didn't like that I couldn't choose to eat breakfast in my room however I made it known and I was granted an exception. Part of providing excellent customer care is to adapt based on your Guests individual need. I was traveling with my 5months old infant, holding him and eating does not go together because he is at that stage where he touches and plays with everything. Anyway it ended up to be a great experience

Helpful front desk staff. Pleasant restaurant setting. Good breakfast buffet. Clean comfortable room with good size bathroom. Safe, Kettle for heating water, Fridge, Aircondition. Adequately equipped gym. Good safely features (door and parking area staff) Good room cleaning staff

No coffee at breakfast (Nescafe!!!Poor quality machine-made coffee onnrequest). Staff pleasant but rather hapless in restaurant.Not pro-active or preparing when items have run out. Corridors extremely warm (aircon never on), very noisy tiled corridor with guests slamming doors night time. Pool very small and not inviting (although seems to be clean). No coffee machine in rooms

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The shuttle service from the airport was helpful. There are restaurants within walking distance, and the area felt safe to walk around at night. The front desk staff were knowledgeable about the local shops and assisted us well.

The restaurant inside the hotel was clean, bright, and had delicious food. However, there was a minor issue with insects, which might be more of a personal sensitivity on my part. The food was still very tasty.

Great breakfast 🥞, but was missing fresh juices.... 🥥 Was cool though. The gym was small, but nice. Rooms and all facilities were impeccably clean and liked the African art on walls and lobby. I really liked the fact there were no carpets, but tile floors, which are much better for allergics and much more hygienic.

Pool area was small and would have liked a bigger pool. There were 🦟 some days in my room and the corridor so had to ask new spraying of my room, but it was done immediately. Laundry needs proper instructions about ironing, And bringing in the clothes on hangers, otherwise they just fold your clothes and they end up creasy. Air-conditioning in my first room broke down and it took hours to get it fixed so had to change rooms

Comfy furniture and generally good service. Very nice and soft pillows. Very nice buffet for breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Found items on the menu unavailable a few times. Once my order was forgotten and there was no record of my order when i called back to check (had to reorder). The cleaning team did not check with me for cleaning when they knew we were in the room, but they cleaned when they knew we were not in the room.

THE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL PARTICULAR ME HAKIM AT THE FRONT DESK, THE SECURITIES GUARD ARE EXCELLENT. NOT FORGET THE STAFFS AT THE RESTUARANT, JOSEPH ONE OF THE WAITER IS MY BEST GUY. I WILL RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT HOME SUITE HOTEL AT ARBERDEEN THE WILL NOT REGRET THE VALUE FOR THEIR MONEY

I LIKE EVERYTHING DURING MY STAYS

I liked the location of the hot how close it was to the beach. At night is was pretty calm and this made it easier for me to fall asleep. I also love how clean the hotel was, the staff cleaned althroughout the day.

It was super expensive, more expensive than 5 star hotels in the U.S. which was insane to.me.

Breakfast was great, nice cappuccino, great view by the pool. I loved the fact that in addition to the regular menu, there was also local food ("plasas") available. Staff and management were very friendly. Reception (e.g. Hakim) staff always ready to facilitate the stay.

- friendly staff - they have cold and hot water in the shower - tidy and spacious room - food is really nice (breakfast and lunch/dinner) - room service was pretty quick

- could do better sound proofing but luckily their club closes at 1am - pool is a bit small and water looked a bit cloudy (not dirty though) - wifi was a bit flaky.

Very nice property. Room and bathroom were maculate. Staff was terrific. Small issue with the pickup shuttle for the 4AM boat. They had one of their security people take me directly. Great food at the restaurant, did not have an opportunity to have breakfast.
