The location was great and staff were very helpful. I did say to the line manager I will stay at the hotel again but I will book it with them directly instead of going through Booking.com. I'm sure we would have got what we paid for, an upgraded room with a seaside view.

I changed my room to 2 single bed as I was travelling with my son. Booking.com did not change or inform the hotel. our upgraded seaside view room was change but the price of the room stayed the same. The room we stayed in should have cost us less than the double room we were originally given, but the price was not adjusted accordingly.

DINING ROOM...PEFECT!! GREAT VARIETY OF LOCAL FOODS. Great loocation and security. The hotel has something for everyone to do. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and food. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Melvinva and Mohammed at th front desk had excellent customer service skills. Edmond was attentive to our basic needs. All 3 staff members shoud be commended on their work ethics and excellent customer service. They are Radisson's best. This hotel is a Jewel in the heart of Freetown. Water pressure and hot water was perfect for someone who is accustomed to these ammenitites. I will be coming back again. Great learning experience for locals who have never been inside a hotel or in a pool.

Toilet in Room 331 was leaking from bottom. 3 reports and nothing was done until the next day. Problem fixed in one area but leak started on the other side of toilet. Room condensation was terrible when air was turned off.

The best part of the hotel is the staff. People are kind, helpful and lovely. The women at breakfast and restaurant are perfect, with special mention to Antônia & Juliana. Breakfast is very good with lots of option, including omelettes, waffles, pancakes, rice, fish, etc. The hotel is safe, extremely clean and very comfortable.I recommend strongly

The room was dark and the air conditioning was not working well. I felt hot and couldn't sleep well. I expect that the rooms need maintenance in terms of lighting and air conditioning, especially since the weather has a high degree of humidity. Regarding breakfast, I hope it has a variety of types of food

The food ok, even at breakfast or at the evening. Our waitress was kind and patient. Thanks for this again. Staff at check-in made their best to give us a room.

The view to the ocean blocked with a semi-finished tower house, which somehow do not visible on the pictures. Radisson quality is only reflected in the prices. far from 5 stars, I think. Even at confirmed booking, was really difficult to get a room.

The television service needs improvement. The channels are not working properly, and no good movies to watch except some news stations.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were also pleasant, welcoming and warm - ready to assist.

Spotted cockroaches in the restaurant and room - hope these can be addressed. The team can improve on the lawn - watering and clearing the dry leaves on the ground.

The young lady with name start with V who checked us in was very welcoming and nice. The kitchen staff was very knowledgeable and was able to prepare my food the way I requested it. my Daughter enjoyed the pool.

Paid USD 216 b&b for day one then, USD 170 for subsequent days. That was confusing but I got a room upgrade at no extra cost which was good.

The staff at the Mammy Yoko are wonderful. Always smiling and very professional, and they can't do enough for you to make your stay the best.
