Upon my arrival, everyone was incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Kenika and Dempsey at the reception. Being in the hotel industry myself, I was very pleased with their hospitable behavior. Additionally, every morning, an older gentleman from the Sales department, who I believe is originally from India, would politely greet me as he walked by my room. I stayed for 6 nights and had the pool view. I returned back one week later , which was for four nights, Ms. Yohanna and Rayouri also provided excellent customer service. Overall, my stay was pleasant; my king studio was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was conveniently located near Simpson Bay, which I love. I will definitely be back.

Check out at 10am? I have never ever experienced that before. As a manager myself I do think that it is too early. Nonetheless, I requested for late check out at 12:00 and it was granted.

liked the beach area. the water was calm most days for my baby and the other days the pool was nice. the kitchen had everything we needed but we did not eat in ever but was helpful for the baby supplies. the staff were also very accommodating to the baby by giving us early check in and late check out. the crib provided for free was a pack and play and fit fine under my black out tent.

an older crowd which isnt bad but quiet. my husband didnt love that in the evening there is nothing on the property to entertain him. he likes to sit at a bar and listen to music with a cigar once the baby is down

Loved the 2 beach areas, and the studio King was very spacious and clean, with lots of storage space available. Comfortable loungers and nice beach towels.

There was a bit of a steep climb to get back to the resort if you walked out of the immediate vicinity for dinner or to look around. Also, we apparently got a deal on the pricing through booking.com, which was not initially reflected when we checked in. They did apologize and remedy that once we showed them our confirmation, really appreciated that.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location is in close proximity to alot of amenities, it's a bit hilly but not bad overall.

The front desk receptionist spoke too fast, thus the information given felt very overwhelming. The hotel is not built with straight floors up and down so navigating it in the first day was a bit difficult. We had to stop and ask person a couple times to help us find our room or the elevator. We were even asked by other people as well. It would be helpful if there are staff to escort persons to their rooms on check in.

Great hotel in a very beautiful location, amazing view from the balcony, very helpful and friendly staff. The room is large, perfectly equipped with all the necessary tools, the air conditioner works constantly and it is always nice to return to a cooled room. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

There is not much space on the beach, at seven o'clock all the sunbeds under the umbrellas are already occupied, even though the sun doesn't appear there until three hours later, I don't understand when you have to get up to get a place on the beach. Room cleaning every three days. There was no shower gel when we arrived, but when we checked it was already late. I told the maid in the morning. In the evening, the shower gel was already there. I had to buy it myself for one day. The next morning, after I accidentally broke the glass of the coffee machine, I informed the maid, but no one changed it, and we were without coffee for two days. This should not be the case in a good hotel.

The room was comfortable and very clean. It came equipped with everything we needed (kitchen wares and such). Location was nice close to everything. walking distance to some good food (Astra's and Captain Jack Ribshack) The workers were friendly and very helpful - Staff was really five star for friendliness, helpfulness and just general vibes.

There was a little litter on the beach but nothing crazy - and that was more the guests fault than the workers. The roads to and from the hotel were also in poor shape

We were right on the beach and also had access to the pool. The resort is very close to restaurants and also had a small restaurant onsite. There was also a bar on the property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed their stay here.

It would have been nice if there was a small shuttle service to places within a block or so of the resort. We had to take cabs to some places that were not In walking distance.

Excellent in all my expectations ,we really enjoyed staying there. Wanted to stay another week ,my wife could not. The staff was very friendly and very willing to help. Extremely convenient location.WILL SEND MY FRIENDS.

The only thing that was missing in the evenings that I would add some entertainment and perhaps push the people to buy food from the different restaurants. Perhaps lowering the prices FOR DINNER ,lots of people went out of the resort for dinner ,while people are getting tanned ,you could ask the people to buy drinks. just some suggestions. SEE YOU SOON ONCE AGAIN.

The bar at Simpson Bay resort is way friendlier than at the resort. Other than that, no complaints. We will definitely stay there again.

The resort bar at happy hr. 1 to 3pm. Read the sign! Male bartender is rude. We would wait until 3 to 5 and go to Simpson Bay resort bar. Staff there must friendlier. It's only 150 yards away

Some of the staff dont have manners and are a bit rude. I didnt like that my room wasn't cleaned throughout my stay. They came on the 3rd day and asked me if i want to change my towels and that was all. I had to be cleaning and taking out the garbage daily. My floor was very dusty and not even that they came to deal with. My thought was that i might as well have stayed at a air bnb since i have to be cleaning myself. Parking is also a bit tight.
