The hotel is right in the city center and has a garage. We expressly asked for a quiet room, I think that's why our room faced the neighbouring building, but we didn't mind. It was really quiet. The room is big, comfortable.

The safe isn't big enough for a normal laptop, although there would be enough place for a bigger safe. Fortunately, my notebook is relatively small, so I could put it in the safe, but it wasn't an easy maneuver to do so. The room has a separate toilet, in the toilet there is a bidet, too, but no hand-basin. I wonder why.

An absolutely beautiful family owned 5 star hotel, amazing wellness centre and fabulous ERB brewery/ restaurant attached. If you have the opportunity to stay here please do, it was the hotel highlight of our trip. Banská Štiavnica is a delightful town with very few English speaking tourists- in early June. After being at Prague it was wonderful to not have to queue anywhere🤣 Miriam in front office was extremely helpful and everything in the hotel was perfect. Congratulations it was a rare and amazing find.

This is a gem of a hotel. It is smaller but has all the amenities of a large luxury hotel. Everything from the spa (which is included in the room rate) to the bar service, to the tableware at breakfast, to the robes and pillows on the bed is 5 star. It seems every detail was well thought out- Oh, and the carpet in our room felt like silk. The staff was the best I have ever encountered. Every single person working at ERB was kind and thoughtful. They were eager to make our vacation perfect. Thank you! If we ever return to Slovakia we will stay at the ERB again.

In every way ERB is a paragon for how a hotel should be structured and run starting from the check in process with a champagne glass of fresh orange juice; to the extremely spacious room with comfy foam mattress, dried apple slices on the table and both glass water glasses and wine stemware; to the more than ample and delicious breakfast (with a fresh honeycomb to scrape off your own honey); to the highly accommodating and most pleasant staff; to the very nice spa with 5 different types of saunas and a lovely indoor pool; to the check out process with a surprise parting gift.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The spa had everything we needed and was pleasantly decorated. Garage was perfect for this location as it is challenging to find parking spaces in the city.

The staff especially in the restaurant was not trained enough for a quality hotel. They were friendly to a point and often not skilled enough as waiters.

This is an absolutely stunning hotel in the very center of town. The quality of everything, from the service to the room amenities, was at the very highest level. The spa was spectacular! The parking was super convenient. Truly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.

A bit expensive but trust me, it's worth it. One of the best hotels I've been to. Super cosy, nice hotel, very well equipped. The wellness area is uniquely amazing. Perfect place to get some rest over the weekend. Staff is also very kind and attentive.

$250 a night feels a bit expensive for Slovakia - but it was worth it.
