The receptionist helped me to print out the boarding passes for our return flights to the UK.

We were very lucky with the car parking as someone just left the place near the hotel - if that had not been available it would have been quite hard work to get our cases sorted out.

Nice room, and relatively well equipped. The best part was the breakfast. I'm usually not a fan of hotel breakfasts but this was well-above the average quality. Especially considering the price

Like in most places in Slovakia, the staff lacked English skills but they were anyway tried to be helpful. The beds were a bit squeaky, and parking is rather difficult in the town

Stuff were friendly, comfortable beds, good meals, great location..

I missed bigger shelf or cabinet in the bathroom , not much space for cosmetics , but it’s more like observation , nothing to don’t like.

Due to the excellent location in the center the parking is somewhat complicated, staff will help you sort it out.

Everything exceeded my expectations here, especially for this price. I highly recommend it. (I spoke with 2 receptionists, but only one of them spoke English, so keep that in mind.)

Incredible staff and a lovely room and location. The staff were kind enough to help me in English and offer to help carry my luggage to my room. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

Loved the location. Great value and a good breakfast. Pleasant surprise to have a small kitchen in the studio room.

This is a basic old fashioned hotel, and thats reflected in the price. Having said that the mattress was somewhat thin and became uncomfortable
