The property itself is a building with historical value and that should be appreciated. It is very centrally located and it truly represents a convenient place to stay while in Banská Štiavnica, firstly because of its private parking and secondly because of its restaurant and a pizzeria. It is within a walking distance to the majority of the attractions and there are so many of them in this town that really represents a true treasure chest and one of the most specific in entire Slovakia. The rooms are spacious and quite calm, allowing for a good night rest.

The first thing that I really did not like was a persistent pressure from me to perform online check-in. When an accommodation persists so hard in taking away my free time for something like this and for their benefit, makes me quite frustrated. The second detail was the fact that the interior of the room was equipped with old, worn out furniture and the curtain on the window simply could not darken the room and consequently the quality of the sleep was not on a satisfactory level.

Nice room with good facilities. The bathroom was clean, everything was working. The breakfast was very varied and tasty. We had 24/7 access to the rooms even when the reception wasn't open via a code

It wasn't a problem for us but our room had 2 levels and the spiral staircase was very tight, so that might be a problem for some people. Some sharp edges in the room could've been better marked or protected with a small rubber piece as we hit our heads into them a couple of times

Great location with walking distance to all key sights in Banska Stiavnica! The receptionists were really nice and gave us great advice on what to see and what's the best way how to get to sights, such as the Calvary. Breakfast included bread, cheese, salami, ham, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, sweet pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and juice. It was available between 8am and 10am. Bathroom offered hand soap, shower gel, as well as small and big towel.

Just one thing, which is more of a personal preference. Bed mattress was medium soft, which was too soft for me as I am used to medium firm mattress.

Good value for money, clean, very good beds, quiet, reception is staffed and welcoming. Ample parking space directly in the front yard. Excellent location in historic town core. Heating works well on a cold October day. Rich breakfast. Traditional charme.

The whole structure is very "traditional", i.e. hasn't been refurbished for long. Restaurant seems not to be frequented much, may have seen better times, unheated.

The location was great, the lady receptionist showed us things to do around and was very helpful with the parking. Decent breakfast possibilities

Extra charge for, rather odd, sauna facility

We had a huge room with very comfortable beds. The room was nicer than shows in the pictures! Location is very central and the staff was very nice and helpful. Tasty breakfast.

Centrally located to the historic old town district. Rooms were comfortable. Parking available on site. The building is very historic and upgrades don’t detract from the original architecture. The breakfast was excellent.

Good location, free parking, pizzéria was open until 10 PM ön the spot ön Sunday as well. Breakfast was also good value. Tidy.

Bit too old charm - all wooden furniture.

This was a perfect place to stay in the heart of the old town. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast. This town is gorgeous. Nice hikes abound and so much history!

Good place with nice helpful friendly staff and genuine atmosphere. Very good value. Restaurant in-house that serves good food.
