I liked the HUUUUUGE room that I got! that was super appreciated. and the fact that this is very much in the center of Levice

the service is slightly slow, but ok the staff's English is not perfect... and I do not speak Slovak unfortunately. and, also the room was not warm. it would have been good in term of services to put ON the heater WAY before I arrived, and upon my payment of the room! that would have been very appreciated! but there were heater, and after a very hot shower, all was fine

This hotel is very nice, it wasn't my first time there and every time I appreciate the rooms, they are big and clean, everything is new and elegant.

My room was far from reception and the wifi doesn't work, they should add a router. (Receptionist was very kind to change my room bacause of it) No bottle of water in the room and nothing in the room fridge.

Very nice staff, ready to help and provide with helpful information. The suite was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in great position and close to the market and other shops, in the center. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was superb and the price was fair. The breakfast was decent but nothing special. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. One of us had to sleep on an extra bed, but it was also fine.

This hotel is centrally located, very clean, and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the hotel itself is very pretty.

It was very warm and we were given a remote for air conditioning, but it did not work well.

A very nice hotel with antique furniture and atmosphere. The rooms very clean and the receptionist was very helpful. Compared to the price it was above our expectations. We needed an extra/spare bed for our friend, what we get immediately.

Staff was nice but they should change clothes because is very bad impression like such elegant hotel .The staff should Put it white blousrs and black truses or dress .the manger shoyl tell than this . They should look luke waiteress is good colthes to this job not clothes like going to the forest. The breakfast was very poor and not nice pit it on the plate not to much choise .No express to coffe .

Location is super, it's opposite a nice shopping centre, we also like the old style building which is in a perfect condition and we slept very well in the room.

They are too economical with toilet paper and there was only one kind of bread at breakfast.

The hotel is located in the centre of Levice.

No lift available to the guests. Very limited breakfest choice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
