We liked how friendly the staff was and customer oriented, the Hotel offered a great wellness area, as well as recreational activities in and just around the sorrounding areas. Free parking places were a big plus. The rooms were nicely bright and very clean. Excellent stay!

- We had an apartment which was very spacious but the TV screen was very small and the couch in front of it too far to watch properly any movie. - Restaurant should be open longer as clients of the SPA are going out just before the restaurant closes.

The hotel’s location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful woods. The wellness facilities are OK, the à la carte experience is top-notch, everything is delicious. The half-board option is also diverse and flavorful. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

The only downside, which may be beyond the hotel's control, is the scout camp located in the forest behind the hotel causing almost constant noise that disrupts the silence and the otherwise perfect atmosphere.

We returned to Salamandra Hotel again after our last stay and again the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond our expectations, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The hotel is very well maintained, including a Wellness with pool and saunas. The room was modern, spacious, very clean and well-maintained! We love coming back to Salamandra, the location, the hotel and the staff are amazing. It definitely became our weekend go-to destination when we want to relax.

The staff is absolutely perfect, they represent the hotel in the best possible way - kind, polite and helpful all the time. Big thanks! The hotel itself is very well equipped for families with kids - indoor and outdoor playground, kids pool in the wellness, many activities around the hotel and even the little details as potty, small stair next to the sink, disposable bib etc. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and spotless - cleaned up daily. The restaurant offers a quite wide variety of food for the half board (breakfast and dinner) and the food is also prepared the way that even small kids can eat it - not too salty or spicy and really tasty. We've really enjoyed our vacation here and we will recommend it without hesitation.

Great location, renovated building with a very nice staff and activities. Very clean room, and spa. Kid playground was taken care with lot of activities and felt safe and clean all the time. The staff was incredibly nice as well, from the cleaning ladies to the restaurant waiters and reception.

The food was a bit overpriced. Sure it was tasty but I felt it was slightly overpriced anyway. Many activities could have been included in the price of the stay, and felt like as a guest we had almost the same experience as someone who would just come for the activities. The spa and breakfast were included though.

Really everything, amenities for children, animations, very good breakfast, staff was extremely nice and engaged, comfortable beds, good wi-fi. We had not the chance to visit wellness, so can't comment on this. We definitely would come back and recommend this property to any family with kids.

The hotel is modern, the bathroom spacious and well equipped. The breakfast had good variety, the room was quiet and spacious.

The a la cart food in the restaurant was only decent. Although the bathroom was clean and tidy, there were ants here and there. The road leading from the town to the hotel is narrow and dark what makes driving at dark quite challenging.

The hotel is in a secluded part of the mountains right next to a ski slope. While the kids were skiing, we could take a walk or spend time in spa, play billiard or just relax. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, breakfast buffet was really rich and an animation programme for the kids was provided every day. All in all, this is a hotel where you can easily spend a week without getting bored.

Perfect hotel with even better wellness area. The surrounding area is pure nature, so excellent for activities such as hiking or mountain biking. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean.

picturesque place! the service was amazing, great spa, high quality and delicious food. I’m traveling a lot due to my job and can say for sure, that food here is a great, simple, in a good meaning of that word, fresh, delicious and the variety of dishes is also good. the nature is amazing
