Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good.

The bathroom was disgusting, don't know when it was cleaned the last time, but the floor was dusty, the drain dirty. The fugue inbetween the tiles already pink from the dirt... All the pict. I took about the bathroom

Staff is very friendly. We had a big room with an entrance to the little garden which was perfect. They have kids trampoline, sandbox so kids can do something:). It’s located by the river and you can run or walk along. Swimming pool is nice, jacuzzi also. We would come back there.

The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was spacious, we got a breakfast included, which was not lavish, but met the needs for a quick morning meal. Accommodation is in rather quiet and charming area close to the small brook.

Furniture was very worn out, holes in the hallway carpet surprised us. A bit of varnish/paint would definitely help it, thus, could improve our overall impression. I would appreciate more hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom

wellness facilities staff communication in regards to spa facilities. The temperature of the water was meant to go up as promised instead it went colder even though it was reserved 2 hours ahead. So it was 4 degrees colder than expected. If we knew this was going to happen, we wouldn't have reserved it and would have booked a wellness spa in the centre of town

The location was good, and the lady on reception was pleasant. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is very dark and needs a refit. The shower handle came off in my hand it was obviously previously broken. The room cleaners should have noticed this when cleaning. The sauna and hot tub were too expensive at € 12 each. Perhaps better prices in warm weather when the pool can be used.

Very good meals, great location, helpful hard working staff. Needs new carpet. Carpet makes what is actually nice place look not so nice.

Location is further away from the centre of the town. Hot water was available on the morning of our departure. The bar fridge did not work.

Everything you need in one location including bar, restaurant and pool. Also air conditioning, parking and breakfast included. Nice welcome cocktail! Comfortable bed.

20 min walk to commercial area. 10€ per person to use the pool for 2 hours! Odd shower, stained carpet and room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Refrigerator in the room but barely cooled anything.
