-The view from the mountain - The girl from reception speaks very good English - we had dinner included , it was simple but taste - The guy from dinner room is very friendly and smiling all the time -our apartment was very comfortable, hot shower and heater on -Very good wifi -free parking

- Breakfast was very simple but good for start the day - You definitely need a car to staying in there, we rented one , so no problem at all. - Sauna & Jacuzzi extra charge, it should be included …we’ve been to many places around the world and 99% of the places we’ve been to was included, apparently it’s normal to charge in this region/area.

Good value for the price. It is more like an appartment than a hotel. If you need good, but affordable accomodation for your outdoor activities, it is perfect. The environment is nice, the buildings are modern. The rooms were clean and in good condition. Free parking was great too. Wi-Fi was fast enough and the coverage was good. There are kitchens in the rooms, which is good for breakfasts or simple dinners.

There were not many guests, but we got a room, which did not have mountain view. Rooms are on mid levels and the elevator stops under or above the room levels. You have to use the stairs in all cases. The breakfast was boring after a couple of days. I would skip it considering the price/value ratio.

An accommodation with magnificent views to the High-Tatras. The buildings are very modern, and the kitchen was well-equipped with plates, mugs and basic utensils. The rooms were spacious. Poprad is very close, one can easily do good value grocery shopping there.

The accommodation is not very close to hiking trails so a car is almost a must for visitors. Consequently parking places are also important, however for us the barrier to the designated parking area did not open.

The location is absolutely beautiful Mount Tatras is at glance and the air is so fresh and clean the facilities were perfect for kids and adults. They have one restaurant which opens from 7:30 till 10 then it reopens at 17:30 till 21:00 so do come prepared with water food groceries etc I mean you are able to order takeout but it’s limited there is one supermarket about 5mins by car the reception has basics like water snacks beer wine etc. and the spa wellness was lovely with a view of Tatras literally

Overall it was great only thing was not professional was when requesting for fresh towels and toiletries it was just placed on the the sofa they didn’t bother taking the wet towels which I found a bit rude

Location is excellent to visit the High Tatra region

The check-in was a bit messy. We did not recieve the access card at the check-in and hence when reached till the entrance of our building, it was already closed. So we had to wait long for someone who stays in it and already have the card to open the main door for us. We told this to the receptipn and the person told he will send someone to open the door and the door will then remain open. But nothing happened. So the check-in was quite annoying after a long journey with a kid. Also there was this sight of people in groups walking inside the property, looks not really well maintained people and who was searching food or water inside the waste bins of the property. It was so sad and bit disturbing to see this sight. Also one such guy came to us and asked for money or food or water.

there was not stated in any place while i ordered the room that cleaning is not included. They told us after the second day of staying that only after 3 days the cleaning lady will come. she didn't come also after the third night, and taking into consideration that it has a kitchen and you cook there, i was expecting for a change of trash, towels. They compensated us for this, so i was happy at the end, but take into account if cleanliness is important for you.

The staff was super nice. The room's decor looked great, it was clean, big, and had a kitchen with all the necessary equipments and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The wifi was also high quality. There was a small zoo in the back of the garden with a horse, a dog, sheep and goats, who were all cute and friendly, it's definitely a great experience, especially for smaller kids.

A great part of the staff doesn't speak English, they answered in Slovakian to our English questions. They didn't sync our payed breakfast reservation between Booking and their own system, and they closed the restaurant before we could get there (there were only a few guests left in the hotel and they thought everyone ate already, this is why they closed the kitchen way before the official closing time). Luckily they handled the situation perfectly: they offered to call the chef for us, or pay back the price. We went with the second option and even got some wafers to make up for the inconvenience.

Great location, big apartment, well equipped

Elevator was not working. Not enough parking space - it was problematic to park even though you are promised when booking to have a parking space per apartment, we had to park by a building on the other side of resort. Staff at reception when checking in claimed we did not pay even though we paid online and offered to show them the invoice.

The hotel in reality is appartments, They have 4-5 buildings where provide an app. There is everything necessery but bad soundproofing and parking is weard. Half is occupated by locals half is mess up. So when the hotel is half booked, I think its unreal to find parking. breakfast not tried it was extra price. But tried dinner what was not worth it for 15eur. Food is very simple but prices are like normal restaurant.

Good location, easy parking. Grocery store, restaurant nearby. Clean, big room. Staff are helpful and flexible.

The rooftop apartment was very warm, unfortunately there was no air conditioning, but this was not a consideration when booking.
